Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles real estate guru Tracy Tutor isn’t shying away from what it looks like to go under the knife. In fact, she’s showing an up-close-and-personal look at her recovery progress.
In a Jan. 11 Instagram Story, the Bravoleb joked about being “ready for the Golden Globes,” one day after undergoing a handful of cosmetic procedures, including a neck and lower facelift and a brow lift. Tracy shared a selfie showing bandaging wrapped under her chin and around her head, plus bruising under her eyes. What’s more, blood-red spots over her swollen face were due to “some prp,” or “platelet-rich plasma” treatment, a non-surgical method of using the patient’s own plasma for regenerative and healing purposes (common during such surgical procedures).
“Surgery went well,” the girl mom of two reported. “Don’t remember much post op. Went straight to after care and got a little sick & was in some pain. They gave me some good drugs that really helped [zany-face emoji]. I’ve been pretty much in and out of sleep since last night.”
Earlier that morning, Tracy visited Beverly Hills-based plastic surgeon Dr. Jason Diamond — whose clients have included Vanderpump Rules’ Lala Kent, as featured on his website — and things were on the up and up. “He said everything went perfectly, which made me happy,” Tracy continued in her post. “Back to my applesauce.”

It’s no surprise that the Tracy Tutor Team leader is being so candid about her plastic surgery. After all, five years ago, she clapped back at commenters who accused her of getting plastic surgery on her face. One follower wrote under a glammed-up selfie, “Wayyyyy too much Botox or surgery,” putting the Fear Is Just a Four-Letter Word author on the defensive.

“To be clear… I have not had any plastic surgery on my face,” Tracy set the record straight. “And to be abundantly clear, if I wanted to get plastic surgery, who the hell [are] you to judge what makes me feel better about myself. Thx and goodnight.”
Last year, she let audiences into her “smile makeover” with celebrity cosmetic dentist Dr. Bill Dorfman, sharing on Instagram what it was like to get veneers.
“I have been thinking about this for what feels like 15 years, and originally, I had cracked my front teeth, which obviously made it necessary for me to get veneers on the front,” she explained in the video. “You know, when you start to analyze your smile, and you see that the rest of the teeth in the back aren’t really matching the front, I thought to myself, ‘I should go get that done.’”

Tracy’s transparency about her body enhancements isn’t restricted to beauty and anti-aging, however. In February, she and her eldest of two daughters, USC student Juliet Maltas, got “mother-daughter tattoos” for Juliet’s 19th birthday, with Tracy chronicling the tattooing session for her social media followers.
The final result was Tracy getting her daughter’s name on her wrist, and Juliet quoting her mom’s repeated demand, “Call me every 10 minutes.”
