There are few looks — if any — that the supermodel children of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ Yolanda Hadid can’t pull off, and Gigi Hadid proved just that.
The Victoria’s Secret angel and supermodel, the eldest of Yolanda and Mohamed Hadid, recently swapped her fair hair for a dramatic “matte black mini bob,” as posted on Instagram by famed hairstylist Dimitris Giannetos. Gigi posed for the Maybelline shoot with a neck-length cut parted on the side, flaunting a tousled, wet look while wearing a sheer black top with a built-in corset.
Dimitri shared a pic of him adding L’Oreal Paris Elnett Hairspray — a drugstore buy that The Real Housewives of Orange County’s Heather Dubrow said on TikTok she was “literally obsessed” with — to keep the new hair in place. LA’s OPUS Beauty and makeup artist Georgi Sandev also helped complete Gigi’s shoot.
Many couldn’t help but compare Gigi’s bold new look to her younger sister, Bella Hadid, known for frequently showing off her naturally brunette locks. Of course, Gigi and Bella — along with their model brother, Anwar Hadid — all appeared with their mom on RHOBH in their pre-fame days when Yolanda held a diamond from Seasons 3 through 6.

The blonde bombshell has done it all when it comes to hair, whether fancy updos for the red carpet, long manes for the catwalk, or editorials for the likes of Vogue, Elle, Harper’s Bazaar, or any of the 160-plus magazine covers she’s graced.

Although her recent black hair transformation may be her boldest yet, she explained in a March 19 interview with Vogue that the secret to a good hair day didn’t require much fuss.
“I put on a hat because I like ease,” the 30-year-old mom of one admitted. “Find what makes you feel good with your hair in the easiest way possible, like a great headband, and get it in all the colors. So for a good hair day, find what works for you and makes you feel great fast.”

The $11 million property was reportedly put on the market months after her June 2025 breakup from her ex-fiancé, Joseph Jingoli.
Still, Yolanda’s relationship with her children remains as strong as ever. In October, she reflected on her role as Gigi, Bella, and Anwar’s mom, and as Khai’s grandmother, from the serenity of her Bucks County property.
“There’s a special kind of energy that lives within a mother … it’s a frequency that is soft yet unshakeable, a divine current that heals, nurtures, and creates life itself,” Yolanda wrote with an Oct. 25 Instagram reel showing her on horseback. “Motherhood has taught me that this unconditional love is both fierce and tender. Giving doesn’t empty you, it expands you. Quiet moments like this with other mothers often hold the greatest magic.”
Now, Yolanda is looking forward to a “new chapter” in her life after listing the historic home for sale.
