Kathy spoke with Airmail, where she shared the secrets to her nighttime routine with her husband. “Rick and I come home from dinner around 9, and by 9:30, I’m taking off my makeup. I have a big routine,” she told the publication about their home life.
This routine includes rubbing fruit on her face “like a toner,” performing an extensive skincare routine, and taking vitamins. Once she’s in bed, Kathy prefers a very cool sleeping environment, while Rick will change it up a bit. “I like the room to be very dark and cool — 68 degrees. Rick will turn it up a bit, and I’ll just go and turn it down.,” she said.
