West Wilson is back for Summer House Season 10, and this time around, he and his roommates will be joined by new addition Dara Levitan — however, it turns out that the two already know each other. In fact, per Dara’s official bio for Summer House Season 10, she had a “whirlwind romance” with West years ago.
Now, West is shedding new light on their connection.
“It was a long time ago. She’s a good friend,” he said in an Us Weekly interview published Jan. 23.
What’s more, “I would never bring anyone into this house that I thought would give me more problems,” West added. “We’re very cool and platonic — she’s a fun person.”
Who is Dara Levitan?
Dara is one of the fresh faces joining the Summer House Season 10 cast. She’s backed by a thriving career as a makeup artist and beauty content creator, which has led her to work with some of the biggest names in the industry, including NARS, Fenty, and Pat McGrath.
As for what’s to come for Dara on Season 10, her bio also states that she’s “excited to see what, or who, the Hamptons has in store.”

West Wilson’s dating life on Season 10 of Summer House
West, meanwhile, is “ready to date again and prioritize his happiness,” his bio teases. “Will West be able to confidently date in front of his housemates, or will he find himself retreating into a shell when things get complicated?”
Only time will tell, although the Season 10 trailer offers additional insight — particularly when it comes to West’s complicated relationship with ex-girlfriend Ciara Miller. One moment shows Jesse Solomon asking West if he’d be bothered by him and Ciara “mak[ing] out,” and another Lindsay Hubbard telling Ciara herself, “I think West is in love with you.”
“Would you ever give him another shot?” she asks, only for the trailer to flash to a different conversation between West and Ciara in which she admits, “I do miss you.”
All will be answered in the fast-approaching Summer House Season 10 premiere.
