Natalie Swanston Fuller came to the dinner party carrying a $955 Moschino hairdryer bag and blew the Housewives away with her story about a recent massage that included a happy ending.
ICYMI, here’s what happened: Rachel Zoe’s friend joined the ladies of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills at a chic Los Angeles restaurant to celebrate Erika Jayne and Dorit Kemsley’s birthdays during Season 15, Episode 7.
“Natalie went to a spa and had the hottest masseu[r] she’s ever seen on the planet,” Rachel shared during RHOBH‘s Jan. 29 episode. Bozoma Saint John immediately inquired, “And what happened during this massage?” Natalie coyly responded, “It happened!”
The story whipped Jennifer Tilly and Erika into a frenzy, and Natalie clarified that while they didn’t have sex, “it got very intimate.” Jennifer asked, “Did he happy ending you?” and Natalie admitted that’s exactly what transpired.
Kathy Hilton joked, “You know, they’re going to legalize this soon, I think,” while Jennifer joked with producers, “I don’t want to be the person on that table immediately after.”
During The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills After Show, Natalie revealed even more details. “I was in Europe, and I’m having my massage, and the masseu[r] says to me, ‘Oh it’s getting hot in here,’” she shared with Jennifer and Kathy. “And I stupidly thought he meant the temperature. And I was like, ‘It’s okay, I don’t mind.’ And then he started kissing me.” She added, “There was a mutual attraction.”
Jennifer grilled Natalie on whether she saw the infamous masseur again during her trip, and Natalie admitted it was a one-time experience, and she “flew home the next day.”

Kyle Richards was flabbergasted to hear Natalie’s story, and said as much during the RHOBH After Show. “I was not expecting to hear this from Natalie,” she said. “Like, wait, where are you getting these?”
Erika gave Natalie a high five at the table, joking, “Text me the number…this is the hottest experience ever.” To producers, Erika joked, “Thank god she’s wanting to have sex. I’m not the only one around here.”

Boz shed more light on Erika’s reaction when she hinted that Erika was familiar with “happy ending” massages during the RHOBH After Show. “Oh yeah, Erika said that she’d had an experience like that as well, like many years ago, though,” she told producers.
Rachel also approved, declaring, “Godspeed! Good for you. Like, great!” However, Rachel did admit one aspect of Natalie’s story surprised her. “I’m just shocked that you tell people about it at a dinner table with people you don’t know,” Rachel said.
Boz was also surprised to hear this story in public. “An axe murderer with a chainsaw could not have gotten that information out of me, okay? I would have taken that to the grave,” she told producers during the Jan. 29 episode.
But Natalie explained her openness: “Well, I was under the impression we were having a hot girl summer, so I was throwing out a hot girl story.”

Who is RHOBH Season 15 friend Natalie Swanston Fuller?
Natalie made her RHOBH debut during Episode 6 when she was introduced to the group by her friend Rachel. Rachel explained that “Natalie’s going through a divorce,” and added, “I think she’s in her new era.”
Rachel shared she met Natalie “many years ago” through her “soon-to-be-ex-husband,” producer and manager Simon Fuller, to whom Natalie was married from 2008 until 2025.
Natalie is the co-founder of haircare brand Blackmore Hair.
