Aussie newcomer Ben Waddell is bringing his swagger to Summer House Season 10, and his arrival comes with a not-safe-for-work reason for how he found himself part of the friend group.
In the above preview of the Season 10 premiere (airing Tuesday, Feb. 3), Amanda Batula explains, “Ben and I met at my best friend’s wedding in Italy … while we were skinny dipping.” But, here’s the kicker… Amanda’s now-estranged husband, Kyle Cooke, was there for the whole unorthodox meeting.
As she tells producers. “Well, how do I explain this … We ended up — me, the bride, and Ben — skinny dipping in the pool while Kyle was blasting his speaker, walking around the outside of the pool,” she clarifies. “We really got to know each other at that point, fully nude.”
As Ben meets his new housemates for the first time, he, too, struggles to explain the origins of their first meeting, but says, “We had a good time.” It’s at this point that West Wilson blurts out, “Did you guys go to an orgy or something?” before newcomer Bailey Taylor jokingly chimes in, “It sounded like it.”
Rest assured, Kyle is part of the kitchen conversation, even when Jesse Solomon wonders aloud to Ben, “You’ve seen Amanda’s boobs? I’ve never even seen them.”

Known for his role on The Australian Bachelor, model and entrepreneur Ben makes his Bravo debut on Season 10 of Summer House, bringing “swagger, six-pack energy and Aussie humor,” per his official bio. Although his attempts at finding love on the reality game show series left Ben single, coupled with the aftermath of a “brutal breakup,” he won’t soon be giving up on another chance at romance.

As for Amanda, it will be challenging for fans to go into Season 10 without the notion that Amanda and Kyle announced their marital separation mere weeks before the Feb. 3 season premiere. Audiences will bear witness to the lead-up to their mutual decision with that in mind, as both navigate their shared and individual summertime journeys, as described in their official bios.
