Mauricio Umansky is shedding light on what happened when he visited his old house with his estranged wife, Kyle Richards. Kyle and Mauricio toured the house during RHOBH Season 15, Episode 7, resulting in Kyle crying in the living room from the memories.
Mauricio recently spoke with Page Six’s Virtual Reali-Tea, where he opened up about their visit. “It was nostalgic and just seeing, I mean, that house was a great house for us,” he explained, noting that he had not yet seen the episode at the time of speaking to the outlet. “It was a really fun house. It was an awesome place. We loved it.”
“I know Kyle got super emotional, I saw some of the headlines,” he added. “I know she got super emotional about it. And I remember her getting emotional about it. It was just a great house for us.”
Although the house holds so many memories for them and their four daughters, Mauricio admitted that he doesn’t miss living in the Bel-Air house. “It was a great house, but you can never go back, so what’s the point of looking back? Actually, we can go back, we can go by it again. Why not?” he asked.

Kyle had opened up about her feelings of touring the house with Mauricio amid their separation during the episode, admitting that it brought up raw feelings about them and their family. “It just feels so strange walking through this home that used to be ours,” she said in a confessional. “And now it belongs to someone else and their family. At first I’m feeling like, ‘Oh this is so fun, this is so cool.’ And then it just hit me like a truck.”
“When we first bought that house is when Mau started to make a lot more money. We were looking for a bigger, better home,” she noted, getting teary eyed. “Bigger’s not always better.”
“When I look at my life now and where I’m at, it’s extremely different,” she added. “I can’t help but to think of how things used to be and why would anyone let that slip away. How could anyone let that slip away?”

Kyle appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen on Thursday, Jan. 29, after the episode aired, where she continued to shed more light on the house tour. She admitted that she was “not expecting” to get so emotional after walking through each room with Amanda Frances.
“I was just shocked by my reaction,” she told WWHLÂ host, Andy Cohen. “I was so embarrassed I barely said goodbye to her.”

Kyle opened up about her relationship with Mauricio during a recent episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills After Show. She shut down the rumors of them reconciling their relationship over the holidays in Aspen. She shared that she and Mauricio still “get along.”Â
She further admitted during the RHOBH After Show that she felt “invisible” when talking to Mauricio over the holidays. “I don’t feel seen or heard,” she said. “That doesn’t make me feel good, you know? You wouldn’t want to even have a friend who, if you feel like you’re talking and, you know, they’re not paying attention.”

“He apologized and he said, ‘I’m so sorry I made you feel that way, and the girls have also pointed that out,'” she added. “He said, you know, ‘You’re amazing, and deserve the utmost respect.”
