“That was a little bit of a thing, yeah,” Golnesa said when asked about the Shep situation. “I don’t think either of us are each other’s taste, so to speak. I think I was a little bit of, like, the forbidden apple, the forbidden fruit, so to speak, for Shep.”

The Golnesa-Shep whispers began during BravoCon 2023, when the former was asked if she made any romantic connections during the three-day event. Golnesa, who was on the red carpet with her castmates Mercedeh Javid and Reza Farahan, insisted she was “single”; however, Reza quickly pointed out that she had been communicating with a certain Bravo bachelor.

“[Golnesa] has a Bravolebrity that is texting her, and I’m not gonna say anymore,” Reza told Access Hollywood, prompting Golnesa to point directly at the mystery man.
“Right there!” she said, gesturing to someone off camera. “If you zoom over there. Shep. I have a very telling text from last night from Shep. Yes, I do.”
The Southern Charm-er quickly made his way to Golnesa’s red-carpet interview and confirmed he and The Valley: Persian Style cast member had been “flirting.”
“There’s no secret there,” he told the outlet. “She’s gonna ditch me. She’s gonna find a better suitor, I’m sure, at any moment.”

Although she and Shep didn’t take their flirtatious exchange to the next level, Golnesa had nothing but kind words for the Southern Charm bachelor.
“He’s extremely intelligent,” she told Housewives Nightcap. “So, I am really turned on by intellect, and he’s very, very, smart about an array of topics. You can kind of talk to him about anything, and he has input. He’s well-traveled, he’s classy. Yeah, the juices started kind of.”

Golnesa Gharachedaghi shares an update on her dating life
Golnesa has self-identified as a sapiosexual, someone who is more attracted to intellect than physical traits. The mother of one and divorcee recently told Parade magazine she wanted to find a financially successful “brainiac” who respected her need for space. However, she confessed that dating in Los Angeles wasn’t easy.
“I am looking for a relationship. I just started,” she said. “I want to get into the dating scene… I don’t know how that works in LA. I don’t know how to do the apps and stuff like that. Maybe just like someone will appear for me, I don’t know. I’m supposed to be manifesting. That’s what they’re telling me: manifest!”
Golnesa has also said she had zero interest in getting married again, following her 2018 divorce from Shalom Yeroushalmi and 2024 annulment from Dennis DeSantis.
