Wendy Osefo revealed candid new details about her arrest on “fraud charges” during The Real Housewives of Potomac‘s Season 10 reunion.
As host Andy Cohen reminded viewers, Wendy and husband Eddie Osefo were arrested on October 9, 2025, and are currently “facing felony charges” on “16 counts of alleged fraud.” Though filming had already wrapped at that point, cameras picked back up about a week later at the Osefos’ home, and the footage aired at the beginning of RHOP‘s Reunion Part 1.Â
“I feel like I’m in a constant, like, nightmare,” Wendy told Eddie. “The house doesn’t even feel the same. And I have to eat, but I’m not hungry. Â And, like, I just have no desire, no appetite, no nothin’.”

She went on to note that that situation still didn’t “feel real,” before opening up about the day she and Eddie were arrested.
“Never in my wildest dreams did I think it would lead to us being taken away in handcuffs,” Wendy tearfully added. “It’s so crazy. It feels like a bad dream. … I was so scared.”

The RHOP cast member also asked Eddie if he thought their legal battle would affect their marriage.
“It has impact, and I think it’s gonna impact us,” Eddie predicted.
Wendy, for her part, replied, “I just know after this incident, I’m not the same person. And I hope that’ll be OK with you, because I’m not the same. I don’t think I’ll ever be the same.”
As he reminded his wife, “God’s got us. That’s how we made it this far, 15 years. And we’re gonna be OK.”

Wendy Osefo shares an update on her legal battle today
The reunion filmed three months later, at which point, Andy addressed “the elephant in the room,” asking Wendy for an update on what was happening in her case.
“Well, I can say that [the] investigation’s still ongoing,” she shared. “I can say that we have had court appearances. And, you know, it has been a very trying time for my family.”
As her end card noted during the RHOP Season 10 finale, if convicted, Wendy and Eddie are facing a sentence of up to 15 years in prison.

Her castmates, meanwhile, had plenty of their own questions, and Wendy confirmed that she spent a full night in jail, post-arrest, but only slept “for a little bit.” She also noted that she “did not use the bathroom” the entire time she was there.
“It was scary,” she added. “They control the lights, which I never knew about jail. You completely lose your autonomy. Because you wake up when they tell you to wake up, ’cause the light’s on. You go to sleep when they tell you to, ’cause the light’s off.”
Gizelle Bryant, meanwhile, opined that Wendy was “talking about it like it’s a day in the park,” and asked, “Like, are you OK?”
Wendy responded, “No, I’m not OK. But I will be OK.” She went on to admit that she was “absolutely terrified,” adding, “But my faith is what’s carrying me.”

While speaking to the attendees in Las Vegas, Wendy remarked that she and Eddie would “continue to push forward,” before referencing the “motto” that they use to encourage their student-athlete children.
“Even if the game is not on your side, even if you’re not winning, even if you lose, you always hold your chin up,” Wendy said. “And I live by that.”
