Andy Cohen Reveals New Peeks at His NYC Apartment

Andy Cohen has offered another inside look at his West Village home.

Less than a year after moving into the two-floor penthouse, the Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen host gave fans a little peek at his family’s first winter in the new digs. The father of two began by posting a photo of his incredible walk-in closet, where he modeled his cozy sweat set by Camper High.

The photo showed Andy standing before an opaque door and a sleek closet system that included blue lacquer drawers, glass shelves, and floor-to-ceiling clothing racks.

Andy then shared a Story of his spacious, snow-covered terrace. The image showed a planter box positioned between the balcony railing and a set of wooden lounge chairs with navy cushions.

“Thawing… (Kind of),” he captioned the post.

Andy spoke about the importance of outdoor space in a November 2024 interview with People magazine, months before he sold his previous West Village apartment for $10.5 million. The Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen host told the outlet he enjoyed his former digs, but felt it was time to level up.

“Outdoor space was the decision! I always have coveted outdoor space,” he said. “There is a dearth of inventory in the West Village with outdoor space. So when I found something that was meaningful enough for me to leave my dream apartment, which is where I’m living now — my apartment that I built and spent so many years building — that’s what it took.”

He made similar comments in an exclusive interview with The Daily Dish, saying his new terrace is what really sold him on the new apartment.

“The outdoor space was really huge,” he said. “I mean, the outdoor space was the tipping point cause I’m living in my dream apartment.”

“The new apartment is a little more sophisticated,” he told The Daily Dish. “It’s about the next phase of my life, which I think is a little more sophisticated… the layout is really more conducive.”

See how Andy Cohen celebrated Valentine’s Day with his kids

On Saturday, February 14, Andy dropped another glimpse at his home and family life. He posted a Story from inside his bedroom, where he and Ben showed off a multicolored heart pen.

“Look at this pen, it’s so cool,” Andy said in the post, which offered a peek at his jaw-dropping views.

Shortly after, the late-night talk show host revealed how he, Ben, and Lucy celebrated Valentine’s Day. He posted a photo of their homemade heart-shaped cookies with red and pink royal frosting and, of course, sprinkles. He then uploaded a snap of him and the kiddos enjoying a meal of pizza, pasta, and salad.

“Valentine’s Day Dates…” he wrote.
