Gael Cameron has high hopes for the next 12 months.
On Wednesday, February 18, the Below Deck Mediterranean cast member took to Instagram to show off her stunning ensemble for the Lunar New Year. The carousel showed Gael standing on a brick-paved road, rocking a playful red halter dress with a plunging neckline and A-line miniskirt.
“A new lunar chapter begins,” she captioned the post. “Fire Horse energy bringing the Tai Sui. 96 Kids, this year will be one for the books.”

Gael returned to the platform about two days later to share a peek at her Lunar New Year’s celebration with her 7-month-old son, Kayden Cameron Gallagher.
As seen in her Stories, Gael and her baby headed off to Sydney’s Chinatown, where they were photographed among the Haymarket lanterns, delicious-looking street food, and elaborate decorations that reflected the Year of the Fire Horse.

Gael Cameron shares another look at her Sydney home
Gael, who shares Kayden with Below Deck Mediterranean bosun Nathan Gallagher, offered the mom-life update just four months after purchasing her first home. Fans got another glimpse at the abode earlier this week, when Gael snapped a photo of her living room. The serene space included a beige sectional, floor-to-ceiling windows, and the latest home addition: a new area rug.
“We’re obsessed with our new rug,” she captioned a photo of baby Kayden sitting on the floor. “Crazy soft and padded so head injuries at a minimum! Stains have been an easy clean too!”
She concluded the caption by thanking Wild Little Loves, an Aussie-based company specializing in “aesthetic essentials” for babies and toddlers.
Gael Cameron and Nathan Gallagher rekindle their romance
It’s no secret that Gael and Nathan’s relationship has been a rollercoaster ride. The two met on Below Deck Mediterranean Season 9, working as deckhands on the Mustique. They ended the season on a solid note and embarked on a weeks-long travel adventure once the cameras went down. However, the romance ultimately faded when Gael and Nathan returned to their home countries.
“After last charter season, Nathan and I traveled for six weeks,” Gael said in Below Deck Mediterranean Season 10. “And I went back to Australia; he stayed in Ireland.”
Gael said the long-distance took a heavy toll on their relationship, so much so that Nathan eventually stopped communicating with her.
“He ghosted me for, like, five days,” Gael revealed.

Fast-forward to September 2024, when the pair confirmed they were back together. They shared the news in a PDA-photo simply captioned, “R3KINDLED.” Fans got a look at the reconciliation at the end of Below Deck Mediterranean Season 10, which wrapped production about six months before Gael and Nathan announced they were expecting.
