Chelsea Meissner recently offered up some new details on her life as a mom. The Southern Charm alum is always up to something — whether she’s traveling or renovating her home for her kid — and is continuing to do that to this day.
Chelsea has been busy transforming her daughter’s bedroom at her home in Charleston. Chelsea took to Instagram on Feb. 1, where she posted a video showing off the perfect oasis for her daughter, who she welcomed into the world in 2023, which is complete with a big girl bed, artwork on the walls, a surfboard in the corner of the room, a colorful area rug, and so many cute touches.
“We love our new ‘big girl bed,'” she wrote in the caption of the post.

Meanwhile, Chelsea has been busy “making memories” while on vacation in Honduras. Chelsea took to her Instagram Story recently, where she revealed that she was spending time in Honduras, where her dad, Ken Meissner, owns a home. In the photos, Ken can be seen chopping up a coconut next to crystal blue waters, before she held the coconut in her hand while standing on the property. She further snapped a black and white photo on a hammock while wearing an anklet bracelet made of shells. “Island girl,” she captioned the photo.
She continued to show off scenes from Honduras, taking a photo of her feet in the ocean water while fish swam around her ankles. She also snapped a photo of herself standing in the crystal blue waters, while the bright blue sky and dreamy landscape formed a backdrop behind her.
She took to her Instagram account on Monday, Feb. 23, where she posted a video comprised of a series of clips taken during her time on the property. “Making memories and tan lines,” she wrote in the caption of the post.
This isn’t the first time that Chelsea has posted from the property. She took to Instagram last year on March 25, where she shared a series of photos taken in Roatan. “A place that fills my cup with family memories and ceviche…our second home,” she wrote.

Chelsea Meissner reveals if she’d return to reality TV after Survivor and Southern Charm
Chelsea is happy with her life today. Although viewers last saw her on Southern Charm Season 6, she admitted during a March 2025 Instagram Q&A that she’s been asked so many times about returning to reality TV, but she has no idea if she would actually make the return. “I really don’t know the answer,” she wrote when someone asked if she’d return to a competition show after competing on Survivor Season 24. “I had a good bit of health concerns when I got off Survivor. My colon almost ruptured, I lost all my hair, and I didn’t have a period for [six] months. It’s intense.”
However, she did admit to having an interest in competing on Peacock’s competition show, The Traitors. “Now that’s a show I would consider…but they would probably eat me alive,” she wrote.
