Alexia Umansky’s career and life today involve meetings, house tours, and very special work lunches with her dad, Mauricio Umansky. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills daughter is a real estate agent working alongside Mauricio at The Agency, and is giving a very fun look inside her career.
Alexia took to Instagram on Feb. 21, where she posted a video, opening up about her career. Kyle Richards’ second-oldest daughter posted a video of her standing outside a listing, where she poured her heart out to the camera about her clients. “I love being a real estate agent so much, not only because I get to see such beautiful, charming homes that are so different from one another, but I get to encounter some of the most lovely people,” she explained. “I get to meet people I would have never met before. It feels so good to work with the kindest souls.”
She also gets to work alongside her dad. Alexia recently took to her Instagram Story where she snapped a photo of a meeting at The Agency offices, her coffee cup as she made her way around the office, and a selfie of her and Mauricio out to lunch. “Work lunch with my baby,” Mauricio wrote in the caption of the post.

After meeting with clients, attending meetings, and touring homes during the day, Alexia knows how to wind down at night. The Beverly Hills native took to TikTok on March 3, where she posted a video showing off a night in her life after work, while her new husband, Jake Zingerman, went out to dinner with friends.
In the video, Alexia can be seen cuddling with her cat Suki, working from her couch, watching TV, and ordering takeout, while surrounded by cozy lighting. “I love to have my house feel dark,” she admitted.

Kyle Richards opens up about Alexia Umansky’s marriage to Jake Zingerman
Alexia and Jake have only been married since September, but Kyle is so happy about their union. The mom of four spoke to The Daily Dish at BravoCon 2025, where she dished on their marriage and her bond with her first son-in-law.
“You know, I never had a son, and he’s just so sweet,” she said last November. “They’ve been best friends since they were in the third grade, and I’ve known him forever, so it’s nice to have him be a part of the family. He never passes me by without giving me a hug and saying, ‘I love you Kyle.’ Every time he passes me. So, he’s just the sweetest.”
