Kyle Cooke is sharing new details about his separation from Amanda Batula. The Summer House cast members announced in January that they would be separating after four years of marriage, and since then have been sharing more information about what led to their split.
Kyle appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen on Tuesday, March 10, where he admitted that he misses Amanda, as they are currently living apart. “I mean, look, she was my best friend,” he admitted, as seen in the video above. “We were very different people, but splitting was not something we took lightly.”
He continued, admitting that he had seen the changes in their relationship before their separation. “I think there’s been red flags and differences for quite some time, but we loved each other,” he noted.

Amanda has been very outspoken about the fact that she and Kyle did not sign a prenuptial agreement ahead of their 2021 wedding. During a Feb. 3 appearance on WWHL, Amanda admitted that she regretted not having signed a prenup, which is something Kyle revealed does not bother him. “I think she’s trying to advocate for everyone having a prenup. But ultimately, I think we’re going to have a very clean cut divorce,” he said.

Kyle’s partying and decision to become a DJ were something that both he and Amanda could not see eye to eye on. He admitted to WWHL host Andy Cohen that he wished he had “made a better effort” to work on the things she had asked him to while they were married. “I don’t think, going way back then, I understood that those trust issues from, my gosh, like 2018, would have such a big impact,” he said. “But I will say, to almost counter that, I never used to be a proponent of living with someone before you propose, and now I am.”

Kyle also addressed the rumors that he had “hooked up” with other women while he was married to Amanda, which he vehemently denied. “I mean, it’s tough,” he said. “There’s so much noise, but I feel bad she’s had to deal with that. I can tell you I was not like, physically or emotionally unfaithful.”

Where does Kyle Cooke stand with Amanda Batula today?
Kyle told Andy on Tuesday’s WWHL that he is still in a good place with Amanda today amid their separation. “I mean, it takes effort because there’s a lot of noise,” he said. “But she’s been very supportive. I try to be there for her, especially with some of the rumors that she’s kind of entangled with. It’s not easy, there’s no playbook for this, but we’re trying.”
