Summer House cast member Amanda Batula is opening up about the upcoming Bravo series, In The City. Amanda will join the cast of the brand new Bravo series alongside her estranged husband, Kyle Cooke, and is already teasing how the dynamics for the group are very different from Summer House.
Amanda appeared on the podcast, Trading Secrets, on March 9, where she opened up about the upcoming series. “In The City, I think it’s going to be great. It’s going to be a whole different concept,” she admitted during the episode.Â
“It’s not the partying and the Hamptons that you’re used to,” she added. “It’s a lot more relationship based, which is you were only getting mine and Kyle’s relationship for a very long time on Summer House and now you’re getting a ton of relationships.”
Amanda also teased what to expect from the In The City cast. “So you’re seeing different couples at different phases in their relationships, too,” she noted. “Some people are married, engaged, dating, getting serious. They’re single parents.”
Who is on the cast of In The City?
Amanda and Kyle will join fellow Summer House cast member, Lindsay Hubbard, as cast members for In The City. The rest of the cast has not been announced, but Amanda teased during a Nov. 19 episode of BravoCon Live with Andy Cohen that viewers will “see new and familiar faces” on the series.
Kyle Cooke teases the In The City cast ahead of Season 1
Kyle also opened up about the cast of the upcoming series during an appearance on a panel at the 92nd Street Y on Wednesday, Jan. 28. “Also, what’s fun is that it’s with friends that we’ve had for 10 plus years that never really came on Summer House,” he said, as seen in a clip posted to Bravo’s Instagram account.
“We have other friends that you haven’t necessarily met,” Kyle told Us Weekly at BravoCon 2025. “It’s going to show that next chapter, and there’s gonna be some familiar faces and some new faces.”

Lindsay Hubbard and Amanda Batula share new details about In The City
Both Amanda and Lindsay were also on that same panel, where they offered new details about the upcoming series ahead of Season 1. “There’s a lot of couples that are engaged or in serious relationships, married, with children. Where Summer House is a lot more about singles and hookups and partying,” Amanda said during the panel. “So, you’re more so navigating that next chapter and the next phase in life. It’s a little more into adulthood. Not too much.”
Lindsay also shared that there are some differences between Summer House and In The City. “And it shows our day-to-day lives in the city, whereas Summer House is focused in the Hamptons, and then you have a little bit of our city life,” Lindsay added.

When does In The City Season 1 premiere on Bravo?
According to a February teaser for In The City, the new series is “coming soon.” But, viewers should stay tuned for a premiere date.
