While Season 11 of Southern Charm saw some friendship ups and downs for the group, Madison LeCroy and Patricia Altschul’s friendship is still going strong. The Southern Charm cast member and matriarch go way back, and are still smiling and gabbing with each other to this day.
Patricia took to Instagram on March 9, where she posted a brand new photo of her hanging out with Madison. In the picture, Madison can be seen wearing a bright green silk dress with her hair pinned away from her face. She leaned her head next to Patricia who smiled so widely for the camera while wearing a simple black outfit. The Charleston residents looked so happy to be hanging out with each other while attending a party for Patricia’s close friend, Ryan Albert.
“Even more beautiful in person,” Patricia wrote in the caption of the post, along with the word “BFF.” Madison returned the love to Patricia in the comments of the post, leaving her a heart hands and matching women emoji.

Patricia and Madison weren’t the only ones to celebrate with Ryan at his party. Patricia took to Instagram on Wednesday, March 11, where she posted a series of photos taken at the celebration. In the pictures, Patricia can be seen hanging out with Southern Charm cast member, Austen Kroll, and Ryan’s husband, Dr. Eddie Irons. She also posted a group photo from the party that Southern Charm cast member, Whitner Slagsvol, also attended. “Happy birthday to [Ryan Albert],” she wrote in the caption of the post. “Dr. Eddie Irons knows how to throw a party.”
While they were at the party, Whitner, Austen, Patricia, and Ryan, made their way into a room where they snapped a sweet yet informal selfie in the mirror. “Happy birthday [Ryan Albert!],” Austen wrote in the caption of the photo. “Patricia’s first mirror pic!”

Patricia Altschul and Madison LeCroy open up about their friendship
Patricia and Madison’s friendship first began when Madison started doing Patricia’s hair many years back. Patricia took to Instagram in December 2021, where she posted a photo of them together and revealed that she had known Madison for 11 years. “She keeps me young (at least in spirit),” she wrote in the caption of the post.
Madison appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen in July 2022, where she revealed that Patricia is the only Southern Charm-er whose hair she cuts. “[She’s] one of my few clients,” she shared at the time, explaining that Patricia never recommended her to new clients because she wanted to keep her time slot for herself. “Before COVID and things like that, she was coming every Tuesday and Friday,” Madison noted.
