Dorit Kemsley is addressing speculation about her home amid her divorce from Paul “PK” Kemsley. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen on March 19, where she shared some major updates on her home.
The mom of two took to the late-night talk show, where she addressed “a lot of questions wanting to know about the unpaid mortgage that we read about this year,” as asked by Andy Cohen.Â
“Well, that is something that I learned a few weeks before everyone else learned,” Dorit admitted on Thursday night’s episode. She continued, admitting that her estranged husband was in charge of those finances, and the topic is something that they discussed at the RHOBH Season 15 reunion. “As we discussed at the reunion, it was something PK was in charge of. I didn’t know it was not being paid,” Dorit added, as seen in the video above.
But, she and PK have a plan of action. “We’ve since spoken, and he agreed to bring it up to date,” she revealed. “And then we’re gonna put the house on the market, and then the kids and I will find a new home.”

Dorit had previously revealed that PK was “handling everything” when it came to their finances before their May 2024 separation during RHOBH Season 15, Episode 3. And, she admitted that she expected PK to still take care of it after they had separated. But she revealed during the episode that PK was still paying for the home. “He’s currently paying the mortgage,” she said at the time.
She continued in a confessional, opening up about the current state of their home. “When I found out our house was in pre-foreclosure, I wasn’t just worried about losing the house,” she explained. “The house is in my name, so if PK stops paying for something or doesn’t make payments, it’s me that suffers the consequences.”

Dorit had previously addressed the reports that her house was in “pre-foreclosure” during the RHOBH Season 14 reunion. Dorit denied the rumors of the house being foreclosed on and proceeded to explain what PK had told her. “I had no idea about it,” she said. “He told me they had changed the rate. He was trying to get a hold of somebody. No one’s returning his calls. That’s the way he does business. Until they give him his call back, he’s not going to pay. And he resolved it.”
During an appearance on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills After Show after RHOBH Season 15, Episode 3, Dorit revealed that PK had not told her anything about the situation. However, she is more than capable of taking over their finances. “The thing is, actually, I am a practitioner, and I know how to do it,” she explained. “But what I’m struggling with is the clarity, because I was not running finances, and I was sort of pushed out of the equation.”
