Chef Ben Robinson reveals what it’s like to cook on a yacht during Below Deck Down Under
Chef Ben recently shed more light on what it’s like cooking on a boat during Below Deck Down Under, and cleared up misconceptions he thinks people have about what he can and can’t do in the kitchen during a charter. “I do think that people come onto the boat and think that there’s 15 chefs in the galley,” he explained on the Below Deck Down Under After Show, while describing the “limitations” he faces on his own in the kitchen. “It’s not a free-for-all.”
He went on to reveal what it’s like for him when there are excessive demands from the guests. “They haven’t really equated that maybe lunch is in half an hour, so if I’m ordering more of that hors d’oeuvres that I liked, it may hold that situation back, or lunch service back,” he explained. “I don’t think they really do the math on it.”
