Kimi Murdoch issued Martha Sitwell a pointed warning about Margo Stilley amid tense friend group drama on Ladies of London: The New Reign.
Because Martha is a longtime friend of both Kimi and Margo, she landed in the middle of their feud during Episode 5. The crux of Kimi’s issue was that Margo told Missé Beqiri that she had flippantly repeated gossip about the circumstances surrounding her late brother’s murder, sparking what she deemed to be an “unnecessary” conflict.
While dining with Kimi, Martha, and Lady Emma Thynn, Mark-Francis Vandelli, meanwhile, recounted how a mutual friend who’s known Margo for nearly a decade told him at his premiere garden party that she’d become “unrecognizable in terms of her manner and demeanor.” Though Martha attributed the so-called change in Margo’s personality to her sobriety, Mark countered that the friend’s remark was not meant to be a compliment.

“I’m telling you now, Margo will f–k you over,” Kimi chimed in. “You mark my words.”
Martha, for her part, underscored how she and Margo had been friends for two decades, responding, “She’s never f–ked me over yet.” As she continued to go to bat for Margo, Kimi eventually declared, “OK. Well, then I’m not your friend. … I mean, if somebody stabbed you in the back, I would have defended you.” Â

Though Martha staunchly defended Margo to Kimi, she’d insisted throughout Ladies of London‘s March 26 episode that she wasn’t on either’s side. When the subject first arose during a dinner with Kimi and Myka Meier, Martha said, “I can try and peacekeep, but I don’t think it’s going to work.”
She added, “If I get involved, I’m gonna somehow get it wrong, and they’re both gonna turn on me. I don’t want any part of it.”
Afterward, during a FaceTime debrief, Martha informed Margo that Kimi thought she was “a snake in the grass,” before admitting, “You did kind of go and tell Missé something that she didn’t need to know.”

“I don’t think either of you are right in this situation. I think you’re both wrong and horrible right now,” Martha continued. “I’m stuck in the middle, and I don’t want to be.”
Later, Martha theorized that Kimi was only “pissed off because Margo outmaneuvered her” during her previous attempt at apologizing to Missé. When Kimi eventually accused her of defending Margo over her, Martha further explained her position in a confessional.
“If I feel Kimi needs defending, I will defend her — if I feel she’s right,” Martha told a producer. “As much as I understand how this arose, I don’t think she’s right.”

As Kimi navigated her drama with Missé, she declared that Margo was the one she really had a “problem” with, at that point.
“She actually repeated something and made it into something bigger than it was,” Kimi explained to Martha and Myka. “And it was unnecessary. So, if anybody hurt f–kin’ Missé, it was Margo. … I don’t trust her.”Â
She elaborated in a confessional, “Margo doesn’t give a flying f–k about Missé, OK, or what happened to Missé. Margo just wants to make a scene.”
Later, Kimi remarked, “I don’t actually have something against Margo. She’s just everything I didn’t expect.”
Elsewhere, when Martha opined that Missé “didn’t need to know” what Kimi said about her brother’s death, Margo wholeheartedly disagreed with her longtime friend’s opinion. She also provided her own assessment of what was happening between her and Kimi to a producer.
“She’s mad at me for telling Missé,” Margo stated in her interview setup. “Are we in middle school? How did I get this wrong? How is this my problem, Kimi?”
