New York, New York – Megan Thee Stallion was rushed to a hospital after suffering a health incident during her Moulin Rouge performance on Broadway Tuesday night!
The 31-year-old rapper began her run as Zidler in Moulin Rouge last week to rave reviews. Meg is the first woman to play the flamboyant character and took over from Paul’s Drag Race winner Bob the Drag Queen.
On Tuesday night, however, Meg couldn’t finish the show. After she reported feeling unwell, the rapper was taken to a New York hospital while her understudy took over.
“During Tuesday night’s production, Megan started feeling very ill and was promptly transported to a local hospital, where her symptoms are currently being evaluated,” Meg’s rep told Variety.

The spokesperson didn’t comment on the specifics of Meg’s incident, adding: “We will share additional updates as more information becomes available.
Megan hairstylist, Kellon Deryck, asked for good vibes for the rapper on X: “Everyone say a prayer for Megan, we are all at the hospital.”
Since his original post, Deryck hasn’t shared any updates on the HISS artist.
Megan has been super busy since her Moulin Rouge run began last week. She has been performing and partying. And the H-town rapper even added to her growing fur-family by adopting a dog set for euthanasia.
