Lindsay Hubbard may have a complicated past with her ex-fiancé Carl Radke, but that isn’t stopping her from wishing him well during the above first look at Summer House Season 10, Episode 10.
As Lindsay chats with Dara Levitan, Levi Sebree and Bailey Taylor during her housewarming party, Bailey admits, “I went to lunch with Carl,” and Lindsay jokingly gives a double thumbs down and sticks out her tongue. But then Levi points out, “She encouraged you to go on the date.”
Producers then flash back to a conversation among Lindsay, Bailey and Levi that took place two weeks earlier, where Lindsay gave her blessing to pursue Carl romantically. “If you guys are ever at any point into Carl, go for it,” Lindsay says.
At the time, Bailey protests, replying, “I love you. I don’t want to date your ex-fiancé.” But Lindsay insists, “I don’t care.”
After finding out about the date at her party, Lindsay follows up and asks, “But have you been out since?”
Bailey admits they’ve only been texting, and Levi chimes in, “The ball is in his court now.”
That’s when Lindsay offers surprising advice to Lindsay: “Just send him like a sexy, nude photo.”
A shocked Bailey answers, “That’s crazy!”

After Carl admitted his desire to “be in the mix” during the Summer House Season 10 premiere, it wasn’t a surprise to viewers to see him begin to flirt with newcomer Bailey.
“Bailey’s awesome. She’s gorgeous,” Carl admitted during a February 2026 interview with The Daily Dish. He added the two have “flirty vibes.”
Carl went on to reveal that his relationship with Bailey is different than that of other new cast members in Summer House’s past. “Bailey and I have… there’s like a similar frequency that we’re on,” he explained to The Daily Dish. “And I’m not always on that same frequency with a lot of people, but she’s very in touch with her emotions, and she has a vulnerable side to her. And I think you can see at one of the first dinners.”
Carl and Bailey share a passionate kiss in the Summer House Season 10 trailer, and Bailey opened up about it to Page Six’s Virtual Reali-Tea in February.
“He’s a great kisser,” she told the hosts. “It’s just… It’s a vibe. I love him. I adore him. He’s a little bit older than me. I’m totally fine with an age gap.”
She praised their relationship, adding, “Him and I, from the second we met, just opened up so much. He would tell me so much, and I would tell him so much. You’ll see. We’re just always off in a corner together. I’m running to talk to him, and we’re having these really long conversations together… We just click. Even if the whole group is together now, him and I just disappear off. We can just talk.”

Lindsay Hubbard and Carl Radke share an update on their relationship today
Lindsay shared an update on how she feels about Carl during Summer House Season 10, Episode 4, when the two ran into each other at West Wilson’s singles mixer.
“Carl’s never, like, the top of my mind,” Lindsay confessed during the Feb. 24 episode. “Like, I’d love to sit here and be like, ‘Oh my god, like, I wonder how it’s gonna go this year with Carl in the same house.’ No. I’m not thinking about that. I don’t give a f–k. I gave that up when we broke up. I really truly do not think about this man.”
But the two took a big step forward in mending fences when Lindsay invited Carl to her housewarming party in Summer House Season 10’s Episodes 9 and 10 — and he arrived bearing gifts for her and her daughter, Gemma.
“I’m really touched by the fact that she would extend the invite,” Carl shared with producers, and joked, “I know I was invited on a group chat, so maybe she didn’t originally intend for me to come.”
