Even though Porsha Williams was “nervous” to introduce her new love interest, Michael “Mike” Anthony, to her castmates during The Real Housewives of Atlanta‘s Season 17 premiere, she invited him to her couples dinner party anyway.
Prior to the Mystic Island-themed dinner, newcomer K. Michelle asked if Porsha planned to bring her ex Dennis McKinley, but she revealed that she didn’t want him to know about her new “situationship” just yet.
“I do feel like I’m ready to start dating,” Porsa shared in a confessional. “I do feel like I deserve to be admired. I deserve to be courted. I deserve to be treated special. I got a little friend-friend, and why should I sit in the house and be bored?”

Later, she admitted, “I am a little nervous. I mean, I have not introduced anybody to these girls since Dennis. They didn’t even meet my last husband. So, this is a big deal for me.”
Who is Porsha Williams’ love interest Mike?
In his Instagram bio, Porsha’s “friend-friend” Mike, who is known professionally as Michael Anthony, describes himself as a producer, writer, and actor. His website further reveals that he previously served in the U.S. Special Forces, before going on to spend 16 years in the music industry as a writer and producer.

After telling Mike that he looked “handsome” upon his arrival at her dinner party, Porsha introduced him to several of her castmates, including K. Michelle, Angela Oakley, and Cynthia Bailey. While shaking the women’s hands, Mike told K. Michelle he was a “big fan,” before Porsha left the ladies to “grill” her new man.
First, K. Michelle asked where he and Porsha met, and Mike vaguely answered that they had “met through God.”
Later, Porsha and Mike sat at the head of the dinner table, and she admitted that she was “still nervous” around him. He said that he considered that to be “a good thing,” prompting Angela to question if there was “a serious relationship brewing in front of [their] eyes.”

Just as Porsha offered to give Mike the opportunity to fill the group in on their relationship status, her sister, Lauren Williams, chimed in, “Can you give us the timeline?”
A seemingly stunned Porsha answered, “Wow. OK, we can start with where we met. So, it was after [the] pandemic. Um, and we talked and stuff, but we didn’t really turn it into anything. We just decided, like, to keep it cool.”
Porsha went on to add, “I ain’t gonna lie: I threw out a thirst trap, and I knew it was gonna catch.”
Porsha Williams and Mike reveal “intimate” relationship details
Amid Porsha’s “Who Did That?” party game, Season 17 newbie Pinky Cole asked when she and Mike were last “intimate.” Â
“Say, like, nine months?” Porsha estimated. “Since we’ve been back … we haven’t done anything.”
Mike, for his part, joked that she “nailed and bailed,” to which Porsha replied, “I ain’t mad at it if we figure something else out.”
Lauren, meanwhile, pointed out that there was “an altar right behind” them, and Porsha suggested that she and Mike see how they might look exchanging vows.
Castmate Kelli Ferrell even stood in as their officiant, while K. Michelle shouted out some fake vows from the dinner table. At one point, Mike even began to get down on one knee as if he was going to propose to Porsha, but stopped short, eliciting laughter from the group.
“I’m about to get married, y’all,” Porsha joked in a confessional, before admitting that it was “weird” they were in the home that she previously shared with ex-husband Simon Guobadia.
Where Porsha Williams and Mike’s relationship stands today
Prior to the Season 17 premiere, Porsha announced that she was dating a man and a woman, a fact that was also confirmed in the RHOA trailer. Meanwhile, previews already teased that Porsha’s second love interest, Patrice “Sway” McKinney, will make her debut in Episode 2.
