All crew, all crew! The Below Deck Down Under midseason trailer is here, and Captain Jason Chambers is saying bon voyage to one of the Season 4 yachties.
The explosive sneak peek, which dropped on April 6, features Captain Jason’s crew — including Daisy Kelliher, Chef Ben Robinson, Alesia Harris, João Franco, Mike Durrant, Betul Yazici, Eddy Hounsell, Jenna Woudberg, and Elena “Ellie” Dubaich — navigating complicated boatmances, charter guest complaints, and an abundance of tearful moments.
Still to come on Below Deck Down Under Season 4…
Captain Jason Chambers fires a Below Deck Down Under crew member
On the heels of workplace drama between Mike and Alesia earlier in the season, chief stew Daisy sits them down in the midseason trailer and declares, “The two of you have an ego. It needs to go.”
Immediately afterward, Daisy is shown having a conversation with Captain Jason. “They’re at it again. I said, ‘Get off the boat,” she informs him, to which he replies, “You learn from the school of hard knocks.”

What follows is a montage of Alesia, Ellie, Mike, and Jenna in what appear to be serious one-on-one meetings with the captain, intermixed with clips of more of their explosive moments to come.
“I don’t take making changes lightly,” Jason explains to one unseen individual in the sneak peek. “Your behavior has forced my hand. I need you to leave the boat today.”
Chef Ben Robinson and Eddy Hounsell clash amid a love triangle with Jenna WoudbergÂ
Elsewhere, Eddy and Jenna are shown making out in a swimming pool, and, later, he kisses her on the cheek during one of the crew’s nights out between charters. Things get murky, however, when Jenna sits down with Ben, who confesses his feelings, telling her, “I like you, OK?”
Next, Ben and Jenna are shown holding hands, appearing to sneak away. Someone off-screen, meanwhile, reveals in a voiceover that Jenna has been “cracking on with Ben.” The stew, then, appears to enter the chef’s cabin before he closes the door, as someone else is heard exclaiming, “What the f–k?”

Cut to Eddy sitting shirtless on the deck, putting his hand over his face. In another scene, Ben seems to tell him, “Dude, you’re just going to embarrass yourself.”
After Jenna is shown crying, Ben and Eddy have a sit-down. The deckhand eventually says that he’s “had enough, and as he walks away, Ben says, “I respect that, and I respect you, man.” While Eddy ascends the stairs moments later, he remarks under his breath, “One-way street there.”
Daisy Kelliher, João Franco, and Ellie Dubaich’s love triangle explodes
Though Ellie has made her feelings for João crystal clear, he seems to be more interested in Daisy. Needless to say, Ellie doesn’t take the news well, sparking a new conflict between her and the chief stew in the process.
“I just want you to know I stayed in João’s room last night,” Daisy confesses to Ellie as footage is shown of them lying together on a bunk bed.Â
When Jenna asks Daisy if she and João are “in love,” she answers, “I don’t know.”
While on a beach at nighttime, Ellie laments to João that someone told her that he wants “nothing to do with” her, prompting M/Y Katina‘s second officer to respond, “That is a lie.” Either way, they are both shown crying separately afterward.
Ellie, meanwhile, clashes with Daisy, before Ben reminds the latter, “We’re nearly there. The last thing we need is war.”
Daisy, for her part, vents to a producer, “Ellie needs to get the f–k back into her box,” before fuming to someone else, “Bitch, you’re a f–kin’ galley hand. I’m not stealing your job, don’t worry.”
As you await the second half of Below Deck Down Under Season 4, don’t miss Captain Jason’s rare insight on behind-the-scenes crew drama.
