Tom Schwartz revealed he just took a major step forward in his relationship with his girlfriend, Kiana Carroll: getting a tattoo in her honor.

“I want to get more tattoos. I just got this little cute lemon one recently. It’s an homage to my girlfriend,” he shared during an exclusive interview with BravoTV.com in March.
Although Tom didn’t share details of what the lemon symbolizes, it’s not the first time he’s shown his love with fresh ink. Vanderpump Rules fans will recall that Tom infamously got a “Bubba” tattoo on his right butt cheek in 2015 to show his commitment to his now ex-wife Katie Maloney.
As for his other ink, in the spring of 2025, he admitted his arm is now a “tourist trap” of tattoos as he posted a picture on his Instagram stories. The Minnesota native’s arm showed off the outline of the state of Minnesota, an “I [heart] New York” tattoo, and the outline of the state of Florida (where some of his family resides and where he’s currently building a home). Other tattoos in the photo include the number 23 stamped in red, the words “love mom” and a flower.
Tom first confirmed his relationship with Kiana at BravoCon 2025 when he noted that she’s “so dreamy,” and called her “the love of my life.” Now, he’s admitting that he has some regrets over his words due to his relationship being so “new and fresh” at the time.
“I was on stage, and we had barely started dating. And they asked me about her. And I was like, ‘She’s the love of my life,’” he recalled to BravoTV.com “Which was true. But it was so early on that I thought I was gonna ruin everything.”
He then explained why his next move only worsened the situation. “So, I pulled it back, and I was like, ‘She’s the current love of—‘ and that made it even worse. And everyone was like, ‘You should have just left it. You shouldn’t have backtracked.’ And I’m like, ‘Yeah.’”

As far as Tom’s current status with Kiana, he shared with BravoTV.com, “I love [her] very much.”
Kiana, for her part, reciprocated his feelings during her appearance on the March 25 episode of his podcast, Detox Retox with Tom Schwartz, when she told him, “I do love you so much, and you are the best. You are my best friend.”
At the time, Tom noted that the couple was approaching their six month anniversary. “I think at three months with you…I would say that’s when I felt extra comfortable with you, even though I always felt comfortable with you. Six months is where s—t gets real,” Kiana commented.

Tom has been extremely honest about his thoughts on fatherhood over the years, telling E! News back in 2018, “I consider my dogs kids, but yeah, I’m ready for kids.” He later admitted he had “baby fever” during the Winter House Season 3 reunion in Dec. 2023.

But it was during The Valley Season 3, Episode 2, that Tom admitted he was “sad” to not currently have children — a feeling that hasn’t changed. “I want to have kids. I never thought I’d be in my 40s without kids, and I’ve had some angst about it,” Tom revealed during his interview with BravoTV.com.
However, he added that he’s starting to make some peace with it. “I feel like I’m in a better place. I’ve accepted where I’m at. I don’t know if I’ve embraced it, but…I’m not beating myself up for it anymore,” he shared. “And I’m still very optimistic about being a father someday.”
