Gael Cameron is sharing a major update on her health nearly ten months after giving birth to her son, Kayden Cameron Gallagher. The Below Deck Mediterranean yachtie welcomed her son into the world in June 2025 with her partner, Below Deck Med‘s Nathan Gallagher, and is giving a look inside her life as a mom today.
Gael took to her Instagram Story on Thursday, April 9, where she revealed that she had paid a visit to her chiropractor and physiotherapist’s office in New South Wales in her home country of Australia. She admitted that she needed to pay a visit to the office after suffering from a “few injuries” that worsened during her pregnancy.
“I can’t tell you how much I needed this! My back and neck has been in absolute shambles since pregnancy and has only gotten worse since then,” she explained on her Instagram Story, giving credit to the people who helped her. “I’ve gone to the guys at [Vibe Health and Performance] for a few injuries including flying off a bike in a head-on collision a few years back and they had me back walking normal in record timing.”
Gael also revealed that Kayden was a spectator for her treatment. In her photo, the little boy can be seen clapping his hands and smiling so widely while sitting on a table. “Kayden enjoyed our visit,” she added, along with a crying while laughing emoji.

Gael has continued to take to her Instagram feed to share a look at life with her son over the past month. Gael took to Instagram on March 23, where she posted a video of her hanging out on the beach with Kayden, as she held him while he splashed in the waves. As it turns out, Kayden has inherited his mom’s love of the water. “When your favorite place is your favorite person’s favorite place,” she wrote over the video.
“Fills my heart so much that I’m able to share my favorite thing with the person I love most,” she wrote in the caption of the post. “This is going to be a wonderful ride, little man.”

Gael also took to Instagram on March 29, where she reflected on how much Kayden has grown over the past 10 months. In the video, Kayden can be seen smiling while holding onto a railing before she flashes to her holding him as a newborn against her chest.
“How does time go so fast? One moment you’ve opened your eyes for the first time. The next you’re racing Mumma to the door and climbing down from beds,” she wrote in the caption of the post. “My little best friend is getting less little every day.”
