Kyle Cooke and Carl Radke brought their passion for their careers and their friendship together over the weekend. The Summer House cast members and BFFs are so busy with their jobs and personal lives, but they were able to combine them in a super special way, where they were also joined by KJ Dillard.
Carl and Kyle collaborated on Saturday, April 11, for an event hosted at Carl’s non-alcoholic bar and café, Soft Bar. Both Kyle and Carl took to their Instagram Stories over the weekend, where they gave a look inside the event. Kyle snapped a photo of the whole group on the NYC streets together, which included cameos from KJ. Both Carl and Kyle led ticket holders on a 5k run from Soft Bar, before heading back to the venue for Kyle to play a DJ set. According to an Instagram post for the event, guests got to enjoy refreshments from Soft Bar, while sipping on non-alcoholic teas from Loverboy and electrolyte shots from Rally.
Carl was also able to step behind the DJ booth with Kyle. Later, Kyle hung out with his friends for a “Nochella” celebration at Mr. Purple, where they also drank from cans of Loverboy.Â
Carl Radke opens up about his friendships and his career
Carl spoke with The Daily Dish in January, where he revealed that Soft Bar and his podcast, More Life with Carl Radke, keep him busy. He continued, admitting that his social life and living in NYC also keep him occupied, as there is always something to do. “And you know, separate from Soft Bar, separate from work. I like spending time with my friends. I love my family,” he explained. “I’m a big foodie. Very active — running is great, but I do hot yoga. I love movies and documentaries. I also love sporting events. So if you don’t see me filming, you don’t see me working at Soft Bar, you’ll probably see me at a concert or sporting event here in New York.”

Kyle Cooke shares major updates about Loverboy today
Running Loverboy has also been keeping Kyle’s hands full. Kyle took to Instagram on April 2, where he posted a video in which he admitted that he is still trying to keep his business afloat amid being honest about his financial struggles with his brand as seen in Summer House Season 10. “We’re still up against the clock. We’re still running out of cash. We’re still looking for an operational partner,” he said. “I thought by now all of that would have been solved. That’s why I talked so openly about it. Bringing people through the struggles hits a little different knowing they exist. These are crazy, unprecedented times.”
“Some of it’s out of stock, but we’ve got to sell what we’ve got to keep the production runs and keep the lights on,” he added. “I have an amazing team. Actually, an all-women team. And so, by supporting me, you’re supporting my team. Quite literally. Cause I don’t take a salary, as we talked about.”
Days later, he revealed some more news about Loverboy by announcing that “LIMONCELLO & ESPRESSO MARTINI ARE BACK FOR PREORDER!!! Full details in this video— and again, thank you from the bottom of my heart for all of the Loverboy support.”
