To mark a new chapter in her life, Brittany Cartwright is going under the knife for a full “mommy makeover” on The Valley Season 3.
Prior to a consultation with her longtime plastic surgeon during Episode 3, Brittany expressed disbelief that an entire decade had passed since she’d undergone the breast augmentation that she previously documented on Vanderpump Rules Season 4.
Brittany explained that she was returning to the same Beverly Hills doctor for an “upgrade” to her overall aesthetic, because of how her body changed after giving birth to son Cruz in April 2021.
“I have been thinking about getting a mommy makeover for years now, which is getting a tummy tuck, getting lipo, and reducing these huge ol’ boobies,” Brittany shared in a confessional. “This mommy makeover is going to mean a lot to me, on many levels.”

As flashbacks from VPR reminded viewers, then-boyfriend Jax Taylor had paid for Brittany’s first set of breast implants and, as a result, felt he should have some say in their size and shape. On The Valley, she remarked that she was finally ridding herself of the “last little piece of Jax,” as they worked toward finalizing their divorce.
“I moved all the way from Kentucky to L.A. and within three months, I got a boob job,” Brittany elaborated to a producer in the April 15 episode. “Everybody’s always like, ‘Jax wanted you to get a bigger size.’ He did, like, encourage me to go bigger than I wanted, but I loved the way my boobs looked back then. I loved whenever I first got them done. It was after I gave birth, then, they got so huge, you know, that I did not like them anymore.”
She continued, “I was talked down to and disrespected for the way my body looked after having my beautiful son. This is gonna be amazing for my confidence.”
On The Valley After Show, Brittany shed more light on her decision to undergo more plastic surgery, as well as the role Jax played in her decision to do so.
“I just felt like I needed to reclaim my confidence and my body,” she said. “And nothing could be held over my head anymore. Like, ‘I paid for those,’ or anything like that.”
Brittany added. “I had absolutely no confidence after I gave birth, at all.”
When Lala Kent, meanwhile, asked if she thought if things might have been different, had she “been with a partner who uplifted” her, Brittany answered in the negative.

“No, probably not,” she said. “But then again, I gained so much weight, and, like, my body didn’t feel like my own for a while.”
Either way, Brittany concluded, “I think women should do whatever makes them happy with their bodies. Whether they want to do something or if they want to keep it all natural, I support women, whatever they decide.”

When Brittany arrived to film the After Show for Season 3, she immediately commented on how her body looked, post-surgery.
“How crazy is that, that I can wear something like that now?” Brittany remarked to Lala. “I can’t believe you can see my belly button. I’m, like, freaking out.”
Referring to Brittany’s outfit, Lala, for her part, weighed in, “I love this on B, ’cause she can totally, like, show her stomach and everything.”
