Sai De Silva is sharing some major updates on her life today amid her divorce from her estranged husband, David Craig. The Real Housewives of New York City cast member, and mom of two, has been so busy and is giving a glimpse of that today ahead of her return to RHONY for Season 16.
Sai took to Instagram on Tuesday, April 14, where she posted a series of photos and videos from her life. In the pictures, Sai can be seen sipping on a beverage while sitting on top of a hot tub, trying on an aqua colored swimsuit, traveling to a tropical locale, smiling alongside her son, and showing off all of the many fabulous outfits that she has worn over the past few weeks. She then took to the caption of the post where she made an honest statement about her life lately.
“Life lately has been one hell of a rollercoaster…would love a refund, honestly,” she wrote.
Sai’s friends then took to the comments of the post where they left their encouragement for her. “Smoke show,” Jenna Lyons wrote, while Ubah Hassan left her a flame and yum face emoji.
She also took to her Instagram Story, where she posted a photo of herself sipping from a cup of coffee and shared her big wish for the season ahead. “I had an epiphany this morning. I need to be in Europe on a yacht this summer,” she wrote. “Let’s manifest.”

Sai took to her Instagram Story days after the news of her divorce was made public, where she commented on it. “Thank you for the kindness, grace, and support so many of you have shown me. I’m overwhelmed by all your messages, and it truly means more than you know,” she wrote in the statement. “My heart is with my children, and my focus is on giving them as much stability and as love as possible. Living life publicly isn’t always easy, but it’s a reminder that we should all lead with compassion. You never really know what someone is navigating behind the scenes.”

Sai will be returning as a cast member for RHONY Season 16. It was confirmed in March 2026 that she will be joined by Erin Lichy and Jessel Taank, as well as RHONY Season 16 newcomers Hailey Glassman, Erika Hammond, and Daisy Toye. Carole Radziwill will be returning to the franchise after several seasons away and joining RHONY Season 16 as a friend.
