Steven McBee Jr. and his girlfriend, Allie Eklund, just made a major discovery on the McBee family farm. The McBee Family Dynasty: Real American Cowboys cast member has so many animals on his family’s Gallatin, Missouri farm, and just added a cat to it.
Allie took to her Instagram account on April 14, where she posted a video documenting the couple finding a cat on the farm. “Steven said that he heard a cat,” she explained in the video. “If we actually find one in the barn, then we now have a cat. Come with us.”
Allie and Steven found a “friendly” cat with light eyes hiding in the barn who took to them immediately, meowing as they greeted it and fed it food. The cat even followed Steven around the farm, proving its loyalty to them. “I think we have a cat now, babe,” Allie told her boyfriend in the video.
She then took to the comments of the post, where she revealed that they have decided on the name “Tommy.” “Hello, Tommy welcome to the farm,” the Instagram account for the McBee Farm commented.
“Blair’s going to be pumped,” Kacie Adkison noted.
Steven took to his own Instagram Story, where he captured photos from the farm and explained the meaning behind Tommy’s name. “Have never been a cat person,” he explained. “In saying that — Tommy (After Tommy Shelby from Peaky Blinders) is a bad mf’er and will now be watching over the barn.”
Allie has actually been discovering a lot of new things at the farm, including the “abandoned” house on the property, which she gave a tour of on her Instagram.

A cat named Tommy isn’t the only new animal to have recently joined the McBee family farm. Steven took to his Instagram Story in March, where he revealed that he had bought Allie a horse named AJ for her birthday. “Hey, Allie. Happy birthday,” someone in a video posted to his Instagram Story at the time, while Steven held onto the horse. “This is your new horse, AJ. I guess he’ll be meeting you soon. Congratulations.”
He then took to the caption of the post, where he opened up about the gift. “Might not be a Birkin, but I think this is a close second for a gift,” he wrote. “We’ve got some riding to do!”

Steven McBee Jr. opens up about dating Allie Eklund
Steven spoke with The Daily Dish at BravoCon 2025, where he admitted that he has been having so much fun dating Allie, whom he went Instagram official with in early November.
“Things have been great,” he admitted. “It has been such a good experience dating someone that brings so much peace to my life and is integrated with my family so well. So it’s been really, really fun.”
