Dina Manzo is sharing a new look inside her marriage to her husband, Dave Cantin. The Real Housewives of New Jersey alum has been married to her husband since 2019, and they are still embarking on so many exciting adventures together in California, where they call home.
Dina took to Instagram on March 13, where she revealed that David threw her a Studio 54-themed birthday party for her 54th birthday on March 7. In the photos and videos, Dina can be seen with her arms wrapped around Dave’s neck, dancing in a fabulous silver outfit, and blowing out the candles on a multi-tiered cake covered in disco balls. She also snapped a video of her daughter, Lexi Ioannou, dancing with Dave on the dance floor as well as a video of the gorgeous view from the party, which was held at Rosewood Miramar Beach in Montecito, California.Â
“My husband set the birthday bar dangerously high this year,” she wrote in the caption of the post.

Weeks after Dina’s birthday, the couple traveled together, making even more new memories. Dina took to Instagram on March 28, where she posted a series of photos and videos taken during the beautiful, beach-side vacation, where they relaxed on the sand, hung out under waterfalls, and paddled in canoes together. “D&D 2.0 {paradise edition},” she wrote in the caption of the post.
Dave took to the comments where he returned the love to his wife. “I’ll go anywhere with you, baby,” he wrote. “I love you, my Lioness.”Â

Dina Manzo reveals new insight into her life now
In late 2025, Dina opened up about how much she had changed over the last year. The mom of one took to the social media platform where she posted a series of fabulous photos and videos of herself wearing so many different outfits and hanging out in so many gorgeous settings. “Looking back, 2025 humbled me, tested me, pushed me, and taught me things I maybe didn’t want to learn. But I’m still here. Still growing and still choosing truth over comfort,” she wrote.
She continued, sharing some inspirational words about life. “Being human is a school with no graduation day, every joy is a lesson, every wound is a teacher, and LOVE is the final exam we keep retaking until we remember who we are,” she added.
