Carl Radke is sharing his thoughts on how West Wilson acted during the Summer House Season 10 reunion. West’s relationship with Amanda Batula was put under a microscope during Part 1 of the reunion, but Carl admitted that he believes that he thinks West could have done more for himself and his partner.
Carl spoke with Us Weekly earlier this week, where he opened up about West’s actions during the reunion, admitting that he felt like there was a lack of “accountability.” “I think a lot of us were hoping to feel the feeling you get when someone actually apologizes and takes accountability,” he said in a clip posted to Instagram on May 26. “Especially watching it now, I didn’t feel it, and that’s what’s hard.”
He continued, noting that he didn’t like how West treated those in the group, like Ciara Miller, as well as his BFF and Amanda’s ex, Kyle Cooke, during the reunion. “People are really hurt. Ciara, Kyle. I mean, I’m looking at him right now. He’s my best friend, and watching that s–t, the footage of West at his family house with Kyle. Like, he not only brought Ciara home, he brought Kyle home. And then does that. It’s just diabolical,” he noted.
“So watching some of that clip, it’s kind of hard to process,” he concluded.

Carl appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen on May 12, where he said that he had not talked to West after filming the Summer House Season 10 reunion. But he admitted that West had reached out to him. “He texted me two different times right after the reunion. I appreciate the texts… But I — even things that I’ve learned over the last week, has just been like… the stuff keeps piling on and on,” Carl explained.
He also revealed that he had briefly spoken to Amanda. “We’ve texted after the reunion. She wished me luck in London at the marathon. She wanted to try and catch up at some point…but I’m also just taking some time here,” he noted.

Carl was also honest when he was asked by Andy Cohen if “Amanda and West will last.” “Absolutely not,” Carl said.
He continued, noting that he had heard rumors about West and Amanda’s connection before they confirmed their romance on March 31. “I had been hearing things for maybe a week or two before that. True story. One of Ciara’s very good friends that I’ve gotten to know texted me maybe a month before the statement and said, ‘I think something’s weird here.’ And I sent her screenshots of examples of times where I’ve been rumored as different stuff that wasn’t true,” he explained. “I thought to myself, this happens to us all the time. There’s no way this would ever happen.”
