Amanda Batula and West Wilson faced more tough questions about the timeline of when their relationship began during Part 3 of the Summer House Season 10 reunion. First, host Andy Cohen broached the subject of when their feelings for each other started “to feel like more than just a friendship.”
West answered first, explaining that he and Amanda “share mutual friends” and started “going out a lot” together in February and March 2026. (For reference, Amanda and Kyle Cooke announced their separation on Jan. 19.)
“I think seeing her happy and, like, having fun, like, kind of the Amanda that I didn’t see prior, I took it kind of personal, I guess, because I was bringing her around my friends, and we were out and about,” West elaborated. “And, like, that was special to me. Like, I know it sounds, like, so black and white, but it was a treat for me to see Amanda, like, incredibly happy. And we started spending more time together.”

Then, Andy posed the question to Amanda of whether there was a specific moment when her romantic “feelings for West clicked.”
“Not necessarily,” Amanda revealed. “There was, like, a night where we just, I don’t know, he sort of like said something and, was like, ‘Am I crazy? Like, is there something here?’ And I feel like all the emotions just kind of came flooding in. It wasn’t like a slow burn or like a buildup to it. It just kind of, like, came flooding in all at once. It wasn’t something that was, like, top of my mind.”
Did Amanda and West have an affair last summer?
When Andy went on to ask if Amanda and West were having an affair last summer, they both insisted in unison, “Absolutely not.”
Reiterating that they had “lied to people in this room” about their relationship, West acknowledged that their castmates had plenty “reason to not trust” him and Amanda. That said, he maintained that they were not ever doing anything “behind everyone’s back on camera.”
Mia Calabrese, meanwhile, brought up several specific examples of “weird” intimate moments she’d noticed between Amanda and West while watching the season back. When West countered, “I think if you guys thought something weird was going on last summer, it would’ve been flagged,” Mia responded, “I don’t think so. I think we looked at Amanda like a victim, and we thought you two would never do something like that.”

From there, Andy further questioned if either of them had a “crush” on each other while filming Season 10. West was the first to deny that to be true, telling the Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen host, “We got way closer after all the moments that I feel like we shared intimately.” He specifically mentioned the “bathroom crying night” after one of Amanda and Kyle’s fights in the Hamptons share house.
As for Amanda, she also denied having a crush on West last summer. “I was so caught up and lost in my own marriage and the fallout of it,” she elaborated. “It’s so easy to watch this through a different lens and see what you guys want to see. But you guys all lived in the house, and that’s not what was happening at all this summer. Like, that’s what’s so frustrating. I’m not a f–king cheater. I’m not gonna step out on Kyle. I’m not gonna do things that are inappropriate.”
After Ciara Miller accused them of having an “emotional affair,” Amanda denied that to be the case, too. When Lindsay Hubbard clarified that she believed an “emotional connection was developing” between them at the time, West, on the other hand, admitted, “We definitely became closer throughout the summer. … That’s fair to say.”
Did Amanda and West hook up in 2025?
Kyle also asked if there was every any “physical activity” between Amanda and West 2025, citing intel he’d received via social media, but the new couple vehemently denied that they’d hooked up last year. “On my f–king life, on the dogs’ life, no,” Amanda insisted.
As Amanda and West claimed earlier on the Summer House reunion, they began dating in late February 2026 and did not have sex until after they released a joint statement confirming their relationship on March 31.
But there was one more “timeline question” that Kyle said he was still “a little concerned about.” That’s when the Loverboy founder brought up how one of their good friends had already been under the impression that Amanda and West “were a thing” during Super Bowl LX, which took place on Feb. 8.
“There’s only two weeks between, you know, when we split and Super Bowl,” Kyle pointed out. “So somehow, someway, one of your close friends thought of you guys as an item within that two-week period.”
Before Kyle had even finished speaking, Amanda remarked, “This stupid f–king thing,” under her breath. Referring to the insinuation as “insane,” she added, “We were not hanging out. … That’s not true.”
Now that Summer House Season 10 has officially concluded, don’t miss what Amanda said after the reunion about having a “crush” on West last year.
