In The City cast members Danielle Olivera and Eoin Heavey just welcomed their first child together, and their baby son came into the world ten weeks early. Danielle and Eoin took to Instagram on Sunday, June 21 (which just so happened to be Father’s Day this year), where they announced that she had given birth to a baby boy named Aidan.Â

In a statement first shared by Eoin and reshared by Danielle on Instagram Stories, they posted, “Aidan Santos Heavey born June 21, 2026 – 10 weeks early – longest day of the year both solstice wise and for mum and dad. He’s heading to summer camp at NICU for his first 2/3 months in this world but mum and dad can’t wait to bring him home hopefully soon.
Fitting for his mum, Aidan translates to ‘fiery one’ or ‘bringer of fire’ and she was nothing short of amazing after getting contractions at 10pm on Friday going to emergency room at 3am in Southampton then getting transferred by ambulance to Stony brook for a further 24 hours. Nurses, doctors, everyone at [Stony Brook Medicine] are incredible – we are mesmerized by the miracles they perform on a daily basis. Dad was a nervous, terrified, sobbing mess but couldn’t ask for a better first Father’s Day.”
Danielle added on Instagram Stories, “Here early but safe and we couldn’t be happier.” She added in a separate post, “Mum and dad! We got this.”
Danielle Olivera opens up about her plans for the future with Eoin Heavey
Danielle had opened up about her plans to have kids with Eoin during In The City Season 1, Episode 1. She admitted that her relationship with her boyfriend had moved fast, but she was ready to experience life with him.
“Eoin and I have been together for six months, and living together for one. It’s fast,” she admitted during a confessional in the debut episode. “Once you feel like that’s it, you just fly headfirst in that direction. And, biologically, I probably should rush. I’m turning 37 in December [2025]. I would love to have a baby by 38. I definitely want to be engaged, as well.”

Danielle Olivera gives a look inside her pregnancy
Throughout her pregnancy, the Summer House alum had continued to give a look at how her life had changed. She took to Instagram on May 26, where she revealed that she had spent Memorial Day Weekend in Montauk, where she and Eoin caressed her baby bump, went out to dinner, and dined on many delicious foods.
She also took to Instagram on May 17, where she shared a look at her life with Eoin in Brooklyn. In the photos, Danielle can be seen strolling around Williamsburg, grabbing a bite to eat with Eoin, and showing off her very fabulous maternity style. “First bump-out bop in the neighborhood,” she wrote in the caption of the post.

Danielle first shared the news of her pregnancy on social media on May 14, posting a series of photos of her and Eoin holding her bump while they smiled into the camera. The couple looked so in love as they posed on the beach and shared their news with the rest of the world.
“Baby Heavey on the way,” she wrote in the caption of the post, along with a hatching chick emoji and eyes welling emoji.
