Returning for Next Gen NYC Season 2 are cast members Ariana Biermann, Riley Burruss, Ava Dash, Emira D’Spain, Shai Fruchter, Gia Giudice, Brooks Marks, Georgia McCann, Hudson McLeroy, and Charlie Zakkour. They are joined by newcomers Rowan Henchy, Liam Obergfoll, and Kendall White.

The cast members are currently living their lives in NYC and having fun while making their dreams happen. In the Next Gen NYC After Show video above, Riley elaborated on the future of her education journey. “I’m applying to school,” she said. “It’s gonna be about two years until I graduate. I hope.”

Although she noted, “I see myself working at a marketing corporate job and then having my own marketing firm for artists,” Riley added, “I still do want a law degree, maybe later.”

Where did Ava Dash go to college?

Ava attended Loyola Marymount University located in Los Angeles and graduated in 2022. She took to Instagram at the time of graduating where she revealed that she was the first college graduate on her dad’s side of the family.

In the video above, he detailed his journey to getting a diploma. “I went to NYU for most of my college career,” he shared in the video above. “You have classes and stuff, but you’re just walking around the city…you don’t really feel like you’re in college.”

“I transferred to USC my fall of junior year,” he continued. “But my credits didn’t roll over which is why I transferred back to NYU.”

Where did Georgia McCann go to college?

Where did Hudson McLeroy go to college?

Hudson did not attend college.

“I grew up hating school,” he explained in the video above. “So I did everything I could to not go to school.”

He added, “I was like, ‘You know what? I do not need four more years of any more academics. I’m good.'”

Where did Charlie Zakkour go to college?

Charlie went to Emory University, Ariana revealed in the video above.

“He’s actually a genius, I will never take that away from him,” she said. “He went to Emory for four years for a reason…The biggest genius.”

Where did Rowan Henchy go to college?

Next Gen NYC Season 2 newcomer Rowan graduated from Wake Forest University in 2025 with a degree in communications and a minor in journalism. She currently has dreams of working in broadcast journalism.

Where did Liam Obergfoll go to college?

Liam did not attend college. 

“I did a year at an acting conservatory,” he shared on the After Show. “I was out of high school, senior year second semester I was filming a TV show. I got into a couple of schools and sat down with my mom, dad, and agent. My agent was kind of like, ‘Look you’re on a run right now, you’re coming off a show, we can use that, you can take a gap year.’ Well, a gap year turned into the rest of my life.”

“I’m happy about it,” he added. “I don’t regret it. There are times I regret it, but I wasn’t gonna sit in, like, business classes and do all of that stuff.”
