Masha Petrova is sharing new details on Steve McBee Sr.’s life in prison, including what he is and isn’t allowed to receive. The McBee Dynasty: Real American Cowboys patriarch is currently serving out a 24-month sentence at a prison in South Dakota. He has had the support of his family members and his girlfriend, Masha.

In a preview for The McBee Dynasty Season 3, Episode 5 (airing Monday, July 13 at 9/8c on Bravo), Masha can be seen visiting Allie Eklund at Steven McBee Jr.’s house and opening up about Steve Sr.’s life in prison. “You can’t send food or nothing,” Masha explained in the video above. “Only letters or pictures.”
This stipulation inspired Masha to take some “classy” photos of herself to send to Steve Sr. while he was away. “Yes, you can send photos. And I have an idea,” she stated. “The full calendar. Like a photo for each month.”
She continued, telling Allie that this would be her way to show her support and appreciation for her boyfriend. “I wanted to support him, you know? And I wanted to be there,” she explained.

During The McBee Dynasty Season 3, Episode 2, Masha shared a major update on her relationship with Steve Sr. ahead of his reporting to prison. “[I’ve] been together with Steve for about a year and a half now, since Galyna [Saltkovska] moved out,” she explained in a confessional. “I do consider him my boyfriend.”
She further admitted that she was just trying to embrace all the time that she had with Steve Sr. before he left to serve his sentence. “We’re just trying to enjoy the time. It’s very sad, obviously,” Masha continued. “He has to go away soon. We’re just losing sleep over it.”

Cole McBee shares an update on his dad, Steven McBee Sr., in prison
Steve Sr.’s second youngest son, Cole McBee, recently spoke with Bravo Insider, where he revealed that Steve Sr. has been remaining optimistic during his time in South Dakota, where he has been serving his prison sentence since Dec. 1, 2025. “It’s kind of sad, but it’s kind of funny because we’re getting through it and we’ll be fine,” he said.
“My dad, you know, this is a tough situation, but he’s doing good. And he’s a very cup-half-full type of guy,” Cole noted. “He always sees the best side of every situation and tries to get through things, so he would laugh about this too.”
