Lindsay Hubbard is coming clean about the last time she spoke with Amanda Batula. The In The City cast members have experienced their differences throughout the season surrounding the dissolution of Amanda’s relationship with her ex-husband, Kyle Cooke, and have continued to experience their differences to this day, even weeks after they filmed the Season 1 reunion for In The City.

Lindsay appeared on The View earlier this week, where she admitted has not talked to Amanda since the In The City Season 1 reunion filmed in NYC on June 11. “I have not spoken to her since the day we filmed the In The City reunion, which, by the way, Kyle and I had more warnings for Amanda at that reunion,” she said.
She continued, adding that they were able to communicate things with her about her relationship with West Wilson at this reunion compared to the Summer House Season 10 reunion, which was filmed in April 2026. “It’s an ongoing conversation,” she added. “But yeah, I haven’t spoken to her since. You know, we’re all busy, and I think a little space is needed after three months of being so consumed by this entire scandal.”

Backstage at the In The City Season 1 reunion, Amanda spoke a bit about the taping and offered up some insight into her all-white look. “I styled myself,” Amanda told Bravo Insider of her lace top and pants set, which she styled with her hair worn down. “I did my own hair and makeup. I just went with something simple. Nothing crazy. No dresses. I just wanted to be comfortable.”

Summer House viewers watched Lindsay and Amanda have an honest conversation about Amanda’s breakup from Kyle and her relationship with West during the Summer House: The Aftermath special (which aired in June). Amanda admitted that getting together with West after her relationship with Kyle crumbled empowered her. “I felt such a euphoric feeling. It was hard to think rationally or logically through any of that,” Amanda said.
However, Lindsay was quick to defend Kyle and West’s ex, Ciara Miller, during their sit-down. “Listen, there is validity to what you’re saying. Like, we literally felt that in different ways, post-breakup,” Lindsay replied. “But, that does not excuse going for the one guy that has broken Ciara’s heart multiple times, and then got it back, and then broke it, and then got it back, and then broke it, and then got it back.”

Amanda Batula and Lindsay Hubbard reflect on their friendship before the West Wilson drama
Prior to the news of Lindsay and West’s relationship becoming public, Amanda and Lindsay’s friendship was going strong. The women spoke with Page Six‘s Virtual Reali-Tea in February 2026, where they reflected on how far they had come in their friendship since Summer House Season 1. “I think we have one of the most beautiful friendships on reality TV,” Amanda said in a clip posted to Instagram. “I agree. I’m glad you said that,” Lindsay replied.
“I love our story arc, and where we started and where we are now, I think that every hurdle we’ve gone through has made us as close as we are right now,” Amanda added.
“Totally. I think we have both grown up so much in so many different ways, and we just got closer together,” Lindsay pointed out.
