She continued, admitting that she hasn’t enjoyed reliving the harder moments. “It’s a hard season for Daniel and I,” she explained to Bravo Insider. “And it is hard to watch back, hard to relive.”
Nia Sanchez Booko on watching her friendship dynamics play out on The Valley
The pair not only have taken viewers inside their marriage, but also their complicated friendships. Nia added, “I feel like watching it, whether it’s moments with me and Daniel, or me and Janet [Caperna], or even just other conflict in the friend group, it brings those emotions back up. So you kind of are relieving it, even though you’ve already lived it. There’s challenging moments watching it back. But it’s also like, we are nine months down the road from when it was filmed. So I have been very intentional to try to focus on staying really present with the good and the positive now versus living in those harder moments.”

Nia Sanchez Booko reveals how she and Danny Booko are doing today
Nia admitted that welcoming their fourth child into the world last June, in addition to having three children under the age of four years old at the time, was hard for her and Danny. But they are doing very well today. “We’re doing really good. And we usually are really good,” she explained. “But even when, outside of filming and cameras and all of that, whenever we have been pregnant and expecting and knowing when the delivery date is, we’ve always said, ‘OK, once the baby comes, next 6 months to a year is going to be harder.’ We know that we are tired and then shorter with each other and all the things. And so we already expect it to be hard.”
“So, yeah, we’re good now. But those moments were wild. And we’ve been to therapy since then,” she noted. “And then watching the TV show back is also like therapy. So we reanalyze that with our therapist and have all those conversations. “
“But we’ve really gotten back to basics because we’ve always been good at communication,” she added. “I feel like we kind of let go of that for a little bit, just with all the exhaustion and craziness. And so we’ve pulled back into the healthier, stronger communication.”
