The newly released trailer for The Real Housewives of New York City Season 16 teases big drama ahead in the Big Apple.
The sneak peek, which you can check out above, features the Season 16 cast members — including Sai De Silva, Erin Lichy, Jessel Taank, Carole Radziwill, Hailey Glassman, Erika Hammond, and Daisy Toye — and offers clues of everything viewers can expect when RHONY premieres on Sept. 8 at 8 p.m. ET.
Carole Radziwill returns to reclaim her apple amid shocking rumors
After a comedian playfully roasts her as “the winner of the Steven Tyler lookalike contest,” Carole comments on her RHONY comeback in a confessional. “I can’t believe I’m back,” she declares, before another clip shows her claiming she only has “five good summers left.”

Later, she is enjoying a slice of pizza on a city sidewalk with Erin when a passerby recognizes Carole from headlines linking her to a national scandal. Cut to Sai asking Carole to address the shocking rumors and her denial of any involvement. Immediately afterward, however, Erin is heard saying, “If she f–king continues, I will release the s–t I know. It’ll ruin her family,” though it’s still unclear if the two moments are related.
Elsewhere, Carole sits pensively on a beach and seemingly refers to her late friends and relatives John F. Kennedy Jr. and Carolyn Bessette-Kennedy, saying, “Everyone’s American love story is my American horror story.”
Erin Lichy feuds with Jessel Taank and Sai De Silva amid multi-million-dollar flood damage to her home
The first of Erin’s feuds that are teased in the trailer is with Jessel, who accuses her of being both “like a one-man Ponzi scheme” and “a bootleg Houdini.” Erin claps back, “I wouldn’t f–k with me, Jessel.”
Later, it’s Sai’s turn to go toe to toe with Erin. In a heated moment, Sai accuses Erin of spreading gossip about “everybody’s f–king business.” Afterward, it seems as though Erin and Jessel have already made up, and Sai isn’t thrilled. “One f–kin’ kumbaya moment and you guys are best friends now?!” Sai shouts.
Those aren’t the only issues on her plate. Erin is also dealing with her home flooding, leaving “between 2 and 3 million” in damages in its wake. Her husband, Abe Lichy, meanwhile, can say only, “Holy s–t,” in response.

Jessel Taank faces a “rumor” amid issues in her marriage to Pavit
Jessel’s Season 16 bio mentions “mounting tension at home” as she and husband Pavit Randhawa “finds themselves increasingly at odds.” That seems to be what Jessel is referring to when she tearfully admits, “I never knew it was coming. He just disappeared. I didn’t know what to do.”
Afterward, Daisy insists, “He heard the rumor himself, Jessel!” When Jessel asks “From who?” she replies, “New York City!”
The new RHONY Season 16 cast members arrive and dive right into the drama
As one of the three new cast members, Daisy is introduced by Martha Stewart herself. After Martha describes Daisy as “a makeup artist to the stars,” she also visits her home, and has a few critiques. “What do you have in this kitchen? Store-bought pie?” Martha asks. “Oh, come on. There’s so much to do in here.”
Daisy also details how she and Sai met an NYC strip club but clarifies that they “were not strippers.” In a separate moment, she also opens up about her “lavender marriage” with husband Eugene Toye.
Daisy and fellow newcomer Hailey are already clashing at the top of the preview, too. “I’m the only f–kin’ real person that’s gonna say the f–kin’ truth to you,” Daisy tells Hailey before storming off and adding, “F–k everybody!” In a separate moment, Hailey says, “I genuinely thought we had a friendship and I was completely heartbroken.”
Hailey, for her part, also gets into it with Erin, fuming, “You’re a lying-ass snake! I’m a bitch, and I’m a f–king mongoose, so watch your f–king back. And I’m not the one to f–k with.”
The RHONY cast jets off for a private island — but not everybody approves
As a dockside welcoming committee stands in single file and waves at their incoming guests, one of the RHONY ladies remarks that it is “literally White Lotus.” This paradise retreat isn’t as idyllic as everyone seems to hope though.
After someone spots a roach, Erin remarks, “This place is a dump.” Daisy, for her part, says that the food they’re being served “looks like the leftovers from lunch.” That prompts Erika to also enter the fray with Daisy, whom she accuses of thinking that “she is Martha.” As Erika finally tells her directly, “Daisy, you can take yourself off this private island. Take yourself to McDonald’s.”
There’s plenty of fun on the trip, too, including Erika showing off her gassy “hidden talent,” the group partaking in water sports, and even bike-riding in shark costumes — with one of them sporting a suspicious “big brown stain” on their butt.
