No question about Kyle Cooke’s post-split dating life was off-limits at the In The City Season 1 reunion. After diving into his separation from Amanda Batula during In The City‘s Reunion Part 1, host Andy Cohen wondered if “single Kyle [is] that different from married Kyle.”

Amid other lighthearted commentary from his castmates, Amanda chimed in, “Not at all,” while Lindsay Hubbard remarked, “He’s just more public with his makeouts now.” That prompted Amanda to add, “Yeah, and I love hearing about them.”
Andy went on to ask Amanda is seeing Kyle “making out with someone” really didn’t bother her now. “No, I think I mourned most of our relationship when I was still in it,” she explained. “And now, like, he tells me about makeouts that he has, and we laugh about it.”

Kyle Cooke and Salley Carson’s romance, explained
While defending her relationship with West Wilson, Amanda claimed that Kyle was actually the first to move on with someone new, following their Jan 19 separation announcement. “You made out with someone before I was even texting West in any sort of way,” Amanda said, prompting Kyle to confirm that she was referring to the night before the Summer House premiere party in February.
After Amanda explained how she knew “Kyle was done” at that point, Lindsay clarified, “He was making out with Salley.” Andy quickly seized the opportunity to ask Kyle if he and Salley are still “hanging out” today.

“I was just in Charleston,” Kyle answered at the reunion (which was filmed on June 11), noting that Southern Charm-er Austen Kroll had thrown a “nice little party,” and he’d “hung out” with Salley while he was down there. When Lindsay pressed for more details on what happened between Kyle and Salley on his trip to South Carolina, he admitted, “We hooked up.”
Once again, Amanda weighed in, “And there’s nothing wrong with that. And I didn’t have an issue the first time I heard about it either.”

In another revelatory reunion moment, Andy also brought up, “Since nothing happens outside the Bravosphere, we’ve got Lala from The Valley saying that she heard on good authority that you are great in bed.” In response, Kyle joked, “Yeah, I woke up to some texts from, like, TMZ and Page Six asking for comment. I was like, ‘This is one time I would like to comment!'”
For Amanda, however, that begged the question, “How would people know that? How many people are you sleeping with, and how soon after [we split]?”Â
According to Kyle, Salley is the one who spilled the tea. “She had told Lala, because I guess they recorded a podcast,” the Loverboy founder and CEO explained.
Details on Kyle Cooke’s love life after his marriage to Amanda Batula ended
Kyle and Amanda previously divulged that they were not having sex with each other throughout almost the entirety of their four-year marriage. At the reunion, however, they both confirmed that they are both now enjoying healthy sex lives, albeit separately, of course.
Amanda even recalled how, during May’s In The City premiere party, Kyle told her that “he has sober sex” now. Castmate Georgina Ferzli, meanwhile, chimed in, “And she was saying, ‘I’m so proud of you!’ She had tears in her eyes.”
Kyle, for his part, commented, “Yeah, I don’t know how that came up,” adding, “I think I was trying to make a point, but … I forget my point.”
Later on, Georgina asked Kyle to clarify if Salley was the person he was having “sober sex” with, to which he replied, “No, no, no.” Amanda interjected, elaborating, “One was my age. One was ten years younger — but reads at an older level.”

Kyle Cooke addresses his makeout with Meghan King
Similarly, Amanda had no issues when photos of Kyle making out with Meghan surfaced in April, either. “I’ll call him and be like, ‘I saw you kissing Meghan on your tippy toes. What was that?'” Amanda joked while describing her and Kyle’s friendly dynamic today.
Though Kyle reiterated only that he was not on his tippy toes with Meghan, he more fully addressed his night out with the RHOC alum during the Summer House Season 10 reunion. By Kyle’s account, he introduced himself to Meghan at a party in New York City on April 16, and they decided to keep the night going at an after-party. Outside, Kyle sensed that “people were looking at” them, and so he suggested they cross the street, which is where the photographer snapped the candid shots of them.
“I thought I got far enough away; clearly, I didn’t,” Kyle recalled. “And she was like, ‘Listen, I know you’re going through a divorce.’ She kinda opened up to me about what she’s going through. I think that’s literally when I was like holding her shoulders. Gave her a kiss goodnight.”
That’s as far as the romance ever went though, Kyle said, confirming that he has not seen Megan since that night.
