Erika, according to her RHONY Season 16 cast bio, “has built a life surrounded by extraordinary luxury complete with her own private island, where she whisks the women away for a one-of-a-kind getaway.” Viewers will also get a closer look at her relationship with Ankur. The announcement continues: “Despite all there is to be grateful for, not everything is as perfect as it seems for Erika as she opens up about her fertility struggles, making it clear there are some things money can’t buy.”
According to Erika’s Instagram bio, she is the creator of the Equinox class, Knockout; a part of the founding team of Rumble Boxing; the founder of the new activewear line, P.S. Active; and a former WWE NXT Diva.
Who is Erika Hammond’s husband, Ankur Jain?
Erika is married to Ankur Jain, the billionaire founder and CEO of Bilt Rewards, a financial services company that allows users to earn points and benefits by paying their rent and mortgage, according to Forbes. He was also the Chief Product Officer at Tinder before moving on to other ventures, according to his website.

How did Erika Hammond meet her husband Ankur Jain?
Erika first met Ankur while she was an instructor at Rumble and he was taking a class. “I was his instructor,” she recalled during a July 2024 appearance on the podcast, Weddings-ish with Jove. “He started coming into my class a few years before we actually went on our first date.”
“We were both in different relationships at the time. But he was on my VIP list, so I would call him out and be like, ‘Ankur, you’re doing really great.’ But then a few years later, we were both single. He ended up asking me out on a date,” she noted.
When did Erika Hammond and Ankur Jain get married?
After getting engaged in NYC in November 2022, the couple tied the knot on April 26, 2024, in front of the pyramids in Egypt and 130 of their closest friends and family members, according to The Knot. Throughout their wedding weekend, the couple indulged their guests in private tours of the pyramids and a brunch on the Nile River, before Erika and Ankur said “I do” in front of the Sphinx, according to PEOPLE.
“We’re New Yorkers, and there’s something so special about being in a completely different world environment. So we decided, our wedding is about having a moment together to celebrate the new beginning, having a very special party with our friends somewhere where you’re in a different world,” Ankur recalled to the publication in May 2024. “It’s a once in a lifetime experience,” Erika added.
