Kacie took to Instagram on July 23 where she shared a new look at her relationship with Cole and their adorable 1-year-old daughter, Blair Collins McBee. In the photo, a pregnant Kacie can be seen wearing a white dress, holding Blair in her lap while she leaned against Cole while they sat in the sand on the beach with the biggest smiles on their faces.
“Everything I ever wanted,” she wrote in the caption of the post.

How did Kacie Adkison and Cole McBee meet?
Kacie and Cole first met in 2019 through mutual friends, before making their relationship official during The McBee Dynasty Season 1. “I friend-zoned [Cole] pretty hard and then once we started dating, we fully jumped into it,” Kacie told USA Insider in April 2024.
“We have had a very long past,” she continued. “We were both just young and immature, but you see on the show we become official and ever since then we’ve been together, and it’s been great so far.”

Viewers had previously watched Cole and Kacie’s relationship ebb and flow during The McBee Dynasty Season 2 when the couple argued over Cole’s drinking and Cole ignored Kacie’s requests to check in with her during a boy’s weekend in Nashville. But, after the season aired, Kacie told Bravo Insider via e-mail their relationship was “strong.”Â
“And at the end of the day, we are each other’s best friend,” she said.
More recently, in a June interview with Bravo Insider, Kacie reflected on the growth of their relationship. “I think in the first two seasons you watch me stick around with Cole, and I feel like some people are like, ‘Why does she stay with him?’ But the whole time I knew like the potential he had, and I knew that he would grow into the man I knew he would be,” she shared. “And this season, I feel like you really get to see him like grow up and become the person that I’ve waited around for. So good things come to those who wait, right?”
