The Valley cast member appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen on Wednesday, Aug. 5, where Brittany revealed that she found out about the new relationship shortly before photos of Lori and Jax vacationing together were made public. “She sent me a text message, morning of, two hours before the TMZ photos came out, and let me know that things had changed. And she knows that I will feel betrayed and that she loves me and [my son] Cruz [Cauchi], and that she’s never told Jax anything,” Brittany stated. “Come on.”
Brittany continued, admitting that she was particularly hurt by Lori, who she considered a close friend and confidant. “She was still my publicist. She was still making a retainer from me, still getting 10 percent of things from me. She was still my friend, family basically,” she noted. “I had just invited her to the Fourth of July cookout at my house. And now they’re trying to say we haven’t been friends for a year and a half.”
“The lies are insane to try to flip the image and make them look better,” she added. “It’s never going to look better.”

Brittany admitted on WWHL that she still talks to Jax through their parenting app as they co-parent their 5-year-old son, Cruz. But she is ready to move forward with their lives. “I don’t care if Jax dates somebody. Move on. Leave me alone,” Brittany noted. “It’s about what she did. She was my family member.”
“I want to make this clear. My hurt and anger is not about Jax Taylor. I am over him. I left him two and a half years ago. I want the divorce to be finalized. I know he will never change,” she continued. “It’s about her.”

Brittany further shared an update on the status of her divorce from Jax during Part 1 of The Valley Season 3 reunion. During the episode, she admitted that the divorce, which she set in motion in August 2024, has yet to be finalized, but she was hoping for a resolution soon. “We have another [court] date, July 21, so we’ll see,” she said.
She also revealed that Jax’s name will be “fully off the deed and mortgage” when things are finalized. “It will be when the divorce happens, but…I pay for everything,” she added.
