Teddi Mellencamp has officially hard-launched her relationship with her new boyfriend, PJ. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum has been seeing a man, who she refers to as “the Valley guy” on her podcast and is sharing a new look at their relationship today.
Teddi took to her Instagram account earlier this week, where she posted a video of her dancing at her dad, John Mellencamp’s concert with her friends, including Kyle Richards. Teddi’s new boyfriend, PJ Conley, was also by her side as she sang along to one of John’s songs (and she made that clear by tagging him in the post). The mom also posted a selfie of her and PJ at the concert, along with a mirror picture of her hanging out with her daughters, Slate and Dove Arroyave, along with her sister, Justice Mellencamp.Â
“First he met a cougar. Then he met The Cougs,” she wrote in the caption of the post, referring to PJ’s podcast alias, “Valley Guy,” and tagging his Instagram account. The Cougs, of course, refers to her dad.

Teddi also took to her podcast, Two T’s in a Pod, on Aug. 12, where she shared more details about her boyfriend and how he felt meeting her family. “He got along effortlessly with the fam, like my brothers, my sisters, my dad,” she admitted during the episode.Â
Teddi also revealed that her ex-husband, Edwin Arroyave, met her new boyfriend. “It was fine. I mean, Edwin definitely gave him one little zinger, I think. Edwin was like, ‘Oh, you got done with your finals in time.’ And Valley guy was like, ‘It was a presentation.’ It’s peaceful. It’s fun. It makes me laugh.”

Teddi Mellencamp shares her hopes for this year after turning 45 years old
The mom of three had expressed optimism for this year, amid her cancer treatments, on her birthday. Teddi took to Instagram on July 1, where she posted a throwback photo of herself and reflected on the past year of her life before sharing her wishes for the year ahead.
“Happy Birthday to me! I made it until 45 but not without the help of my friends, family, surgeons, doctors, nurses, and all the support from you here,” she wrote in the caption of the post. “I am so grateful to all of you and dare I say, praying this is the best year yet.”
