“I definitely think Allie and Kacie, they talk a lot. I mean, you guys are FaceTiming like every day, twice a day or something, you know?” Cole said, with Kacie adding, “Especially in the beginning.”

Cole further revealed just what he and Jesse tend to touch base on as new dads. “But I feel like for Jesse and I, we did a lot. I mean, I feel like anytime we ran into any issues or there was things that we talked about it or anything. But I don’t know, I feel like for you and Allie, you guys definitely, like, you guys talk every day about everything,” he said. “And I’m not saying Jesse and I don’t, but I feel like you guys definitely go over every single thing about the kids and talk about everything. And if Blair has a weird diaper, you go call Allie and tell her about it.”

Kacie also revealed what it’s like for her and Alli to lean on one another with Summer and Blair being so close in age. “They’re only 4 months apart, so in the beginning we would talk all the time, like comparing stuff. Allie would be like, is this normal? But now Summer and Blair have their own personalities, and they are complete opposites. So now when we talk, it’s like, Blair did this, but Summer does the complete opposite. So it’s hard to kind of like [compare]. It’s funny. We get advice from each other now.”

As of now, Cole, Kacie, Jesse, and Alli are the only younger members of the immediate McBee family to have kids. And the younger McBees are certainly taking after their parents. Cole noted, “They’re cousins, and you can tell they’re cousins. They look alike, but yet they’re so different because Blair is like super pale skin, blonde hair, blue eyes, just kind of like us.”

He added that Summer looks a lot like her mom, Alli, “but … you can tell they’re cousins though, which is funny. You look, and they have some of the same facial features, but it’s really cute because they are so opposite. Like, Blair is wild and crazy and getting everything, and kind of like me. And then Summer is just like Jesse, quiet and sweet and scared, kind of. It’s funny.”
Kacie added that the little one is “quiet, sweet.”
