The McBee Dynasty viewers got to know Calah as she navigated her relationship with Steven McBee Jr. during Season 2. Calah and Steven Jr. broke up last year (more on that down below), leading Calah to start over in Dallas.Â
The social media influencer took to her Instagram Story earlier this week where she held a Q&A and opened up about all of the moves she made in her life before settling back in Texas. “I was born in TX and raised in the Chicago area,” she shared. “I’ve also lived in Utah and Kansas City (lol).”

On the career front, she has landed partnerships with various clothing brands and attended exciting events such as the Toronto Film Festival.

Calah and Steven Jr. do not talk anymore. “Calah and I have not spoken. Our relationship’s been over since she didn’t show up to the wedding,” Steven explained during The McBee Dynasty Season 3, Episode 1.
Steven opened up about the end of his relationship with Calah during an August 2025 interview with Bravo Insider. “Calah and I do not have a relationship and that door has closed permanently,” he explained via email. “There’s just been so much that has happened between us and between her and my family where sometimes it’s better to start fresh with someone new than try to go back and work through the extremely tough situations and heal from them when there’s so much built up inside.”

Steven McBee Jr. opens up about being “done” with Calah Jackson
Steven Jr. further spoke with Bravo Insider at BravoCon 2025, where he revealed that he is no longer paying for Calah’s car and apartment, which he had paid for in the past. “Everything is 100 percent done and has been for a little bit now,” he admitted.
He continued, insisting that they no longer talk. “But I wish her nothing but the best. Obviously, I still care about her so much, and want nothing but the best for her,” he added.
