Joshua Brown: “We love the parents on Next Gen! We haven’t received direct feedback from parents but we feel their feedback via their continued participation — by many of the parents continuing to appear on the series. One thing that connects our parents is that many seem to really support their kids, including by letting us in on their family lives.”
Winning Question No. 2: What happens when the Next Gen NYC cast gets recognized during filming?
Joshua Brown: “In NYC, everyone sleeps, eats, works and parties on top of one another —  there is not a lot of room to spread out here! So if you happen to be in the city during our production period… chances are pretty good you might see someone! With all that being said, we also don’t think the fans at home would enjoy watching a lot of interactions between cast and fans when they are watching the episodes. So the production tries to not let those interactions interrupt the flow of our filming. If possible, we ask that fans approach cast after filming finishes.”
