Both Andy and Kevin stepped out on the navy blue carpet on Wednesday, Aug. 26, to support Andy’s BFF, John Mayer, by attending SiriusXM’s Life with John Mayer event in Amagansett, New York. Andy looked so casual in his light blue jeans, white T-shirt, denim over shirt, and white slip-on sneakers. Kevin, on the other hand, opted for a pair of dark green pants, a dark-colored T-shirt, and white slip-on sneakers. The couple looked very happy to be making their red carpet debut, smiling for the camera as they posed with their arms wrapped around each other.
Andy took to his Instagram Story solo that same evening, where he posted a video of him hanging out backstage at the show, which was right across the street from a cornfield. “This is so Hamptons,” Andy explained in the video. “Look, beautiful cornfields everywhere. It’s the untouched Hamptons. How beautiful.”

Andy and Kevin’s red carpet debut comes on the heels of their relationship becoming Instagram official on July 18. The WWHL host explained to E! News earlier this month why he decided to post the casual photo of him and Kevin hanging out in the Hamptons. “You know what, we were on a date, we were out to dinner, and we took a picture in front of the restaurant,” he explained to the outlet in a clip posted to Instagram on Aug. 6.Â
“And we sat down, and I go, ‘Oh, this is actually a really good picture.’ And I go, ‘Should I post it?’ I mean, that was the conversation. That was kind of it,” he continued. “It was pretty simple.”

Andy and his boyfriend have been dating since meeting at a July 4th party in 2025, but Kevin has his own interests outside of Bravo. Andy appeared on TODAY on Aug. 5, where he revealed that Kevin has “never seen” any episode of Real Housewives, ever. However, he is slowly learning about Andy’s universe. “His algorithm is feeding him Housewives-related things because our phones listen to everything we say. So, he’s starting to, I think, get a sense of the universe,” he admitted. “But he has no clue.”
But Andy admitted that this doesn’t bother him at all. “No, not at all. I love it,” he continued. “He loves my kids and me, and that’s what’s important. But I’ll get him there.”
