Heather Gay and her boyfriend, Tripp, have gone red carpet official! The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City cast member and her beau made their red carpet debut on Sunday, Sept. 13, giving a sweet new look into their relationship.

Heather and Tripp stepped out on the red carpet on Sunday at the Warner Bros. Television Group pre-Emmys 2026 party. The new couple looked absolutely stunning with Heather wearing a high-necked, black beaded dress, standing next to Tripp, who wore a black suit and white shirt, which he paired with a pair of black sunglasses.Â
Both Heather and Tripp spoke with Extra on the red carpet, where they revealed why they took so long to put their relationship in the public eye. “We kept it private for obvious reasons,” she said in a clip posted to YouTube. But she revealed that he will appear on RHOSLC Season 7. “He filmed with me for all of Season 7 for Real Housewives of Salt Lake City, so the cat’s out of the bag, so to speak.”
“I’m really excited to be here to support her,” Tripp said. “I’m so proud of her, so yeah.”

RHOSLC Season 7 marks the first time that Heather has introduced a boyfriend to viewers and her cast members. But she admitted to Extra that the snowflake holders were welcoming toward her new man. “They went really easy on him,” she said. “Probably not so much next year, but I think they were so shocked.”
“They wanted me to survive this first one to come back for more, I guess,” Tripp said.

Details on Heather Gay and Tripp’s relationship on RHOSLC Season 7
Viewers will get to see more of their relationship on RHOSLC Season 7. According to an announcement for the new season, which airs on Bravo on Wednesdays at 8 p.m. ET, Heather is “embracing her Jupiter year and busy spending quality time with her new boyfriend, Tripp. Though she’s excited to embrace her relationship era and new opportunities, Heather looks to bury the hatchet with Lisa [Barlow] and Meredith [Marks], who may not be as open to moving on.”
In the RHOSLC Season 7 trailer (video at the top of the post), Heather can be seen in deep discussion with Tripp before making some major declarations about the future of their relationship. She told him in the trailer that she’s “never getting married again” before asking him, “Do you worry it will affect our relationship?”
