Toronto, Canada – In a recent interview, actor Orlando Bloom opened up about his six-year-old daughter Daily Dove’s decision to get a temporary Pirates of the Caribbean tattoo.

Bloom revealed that his six-year-old daughter, whom he shares with ex Katy Perry, got the temporary ink during their summer vacation – but she didn’t even know that her dad starred in the iconic film series!
The revelations came out during a brief interview Bloom gave to E! News at the Bucking Bastard viewing during the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) on Monday.
“She did that and didn’t even know what it was,” Bloom said. “We were at a market in France. She went through this whole thing.”

“She went, ‘I want that one,'” he said, before emphasizing: “She’s never seen the movie. She doesn’t know anything about it. So, I was like, ‘Okay!'”
The inking was reportedly a black-and-white of Johnny Depp’s Captain Jack Sparrow standing alongside Bloom’s character, Will Turner.
This is not the first time that Bloom has been open about the impact his performance in Pirates of the Caribbean has had on his kids. In 2017, he told Jimmy Fallon that his then-six-year-old son Flynn had seen the first movie.
“I was very reluctant, because obviously you want to keep that normalcy and that dynamic,” he told Fallon. “I didn’t want him to know what dad did for a while.”
“He was a little disgruntled, which I was freaked out about, because I was like, ‘Wait! I should have spoken to a child therapist before I even thought about doing this. What was I thinking? This was a bad idea!’ And then he loved it.”
