Kandi Burruss is responding to claims that her ex-husband, Todd Tucker, made recently about their marriage. The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum was married to Todd for more than 11 years before they announced that they had split in November 2025. Now, Kandi has responded directly to Todd’s claims about their marriage and their sex life, in which he says they participated in threesomes.Â
“A man who has already hurt me to my core is furthering the damage by choosing to sensationalize our sex life to stretch his five minutes of fame,” Kandi told People. “What consensually happens between a husband and wife in the privacy of their marriage is exactly that — private. His current behavior has only confirmed that I did the right thing by getting divorced. I Do, I Did, I’m Done!”

 In a video posted to Todd’s Instagram account on Sept. 14, Cynthia Bailey’s ex-husband, Peter Thomas, can be seen asking Todd if he and Kandi had “threesomes” throughout their marriage. “We did,” Todd said. “I would say for most of our marriage we did.”

Did Kandi Burruss and Todd Tucker have a prenup?
Yes. Kandi appeared on Andy Cohen’s SiriusXM show, Andy Cohen Live, in June 2026, where she confirmed they had a prenuptial agreement, which helped to facilitate their divorce. “Against what everybody believed, at the end of the day, it was based off of everything we agreed to in the prenup. There was only one thing that we had to go back and forth about that wasn’t already agreed to in the prenup,” she said, referring to their Atlanta Hawks tickets. “So ultimately it just ended up that he can buy half my tickets each year until he can get his own contract for floor seats.”
